Acura offers two SUVs, both featuring impressive specs and outstanding features throughout. Comparing them to make a buying decision can be hard to do. Here’s what you need to know.

RDX: $37,800 – $47,900

Designated as a premium sport crossover vehicle, the heart of the Acura RDX is a 2.0-L VTEC turbo engine that produces 272 horsepower with a strong punch with the gas pedal. For extra performance, upgrade to the Superior Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD). It delivers more handling in all conditions.

Have a seat in a true driver’s seat, fitted with sleek interior features (including Brushed Aluminum and Natural Olive Ash Burl Wood) throughout the cabin along with full-grain Milano leather that’s supple and elegant. Add in the available heating and ventilation for the seats for even more protection.

The interior’s ample space is made even more impressive by the panoramic moonroof, opening up well past passengers. And, it’s a standard feature on all RDX trims. With 79.8 cu. ft. of max cargo volume, including using the 60/40 split rear seats, it’s designed for function and practicality.

Finally, consider the handling. This vehicle is responsive thanks to the Integrated Dynamics System that’s standard, providing four modes (Snow, Comfort, Sport, and Sport+) and thanks to a suite of AcuraWatch driver-assistive technologies including the standard Collision Mitigation Braking System and adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow.

Luxury, functionality, technology, and excellent handling make the Acura RDX a solid choice.
