The 2018 Honda Civic came straight from the factory with a 1.5L 4Cylinder engine but You also had the option of upgrading to a 2.0L 4Cylinder engine. If You have a 1.5L model it will have a motor oil capacity of 3.4 US quarts but if You have the larger 2.0L model it will have a capacity of 5.7 US quarts. Both of these capacities are when the filter is included so if You are changing it out You'll have to add 0.3 more. You'll need to use 0W-20 oil for both engine variations and the oil is going to need to be changed out every 7,500 miles.
