The 2007 Acura RDX does not come with a USB port in the vehicle but there is a 3.5mm aux port that can be used. 2007 was a bit early for a USB port to be standard in a vehicle. If You want to add a USB port to Your RDX there are a few different ways that You can do it. There is a cable that You can plug into the back of Your head unit which will add a USB port. You could also replace Your stock stereo with a new one that has a USB port and many more modern features such as bluetooth and Apple CarPlay.
