The 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee doesn't have bluetooth. You will come into issues with the sound. The source could be from the stereo's speakers or a phone that is connected to the vehicle. Whatever the source, You will have to have these issues solved pronto. If the problems are from the stereo's speakers, it could be static sounds, randomly turns off, a loose wire, or a blown fuse. If the problems are coming from the phone, it could be that the software won't update, the device will not sync with the vehicle, the phone's battery is almost dead, or an object is blocking the signal.

The 2007 Jeep Cherokee has Bluetooth, it's called UConnect. IT is a voice-activated, hands-free, in- vehicle communications system. UConnect allows you to dial a phone number with your cellular phone using simple voice commands.
