The 2016 GMC Yukon with the 6.2 liteR8-cylinder engine is going to use 8 quarts of oil. The manufacturer recommended type is synthetic, and the default viscosity is 0W20; Your truck's made to use this, so trust what GM recommends. That said, there isn't an issue with usinG5W20 in here, and it won't void Your warranty if You do. If You buy the necessary amount, it's going to run You almost $60, and that's before You toss in the oil filter as well, which if You go for the common WIX (WL 10255-EA) will run You another $10 on top of it.
