The factory amp for a 2002 Lincoln LS is going to be hidden under the rear deck behind the back passenger seats. You're going to need to use a pry tool and a clip tool in order to access this area. The paneling is going to need to be taken off for the top of the back section. You'll need to take off the center and then there will be another panel under it that also needs to come out. Once You have them out of the way You should now be able to see the factory standard amp that came in this vehicle.
