The wheel bolt pattern for a 2009 Ford F-150 is going to be 6 X135 mm. This bolt pattern has been used on the F-150 series of trucks for many years. It was first used in 2004 and it continues on to today's new 2021 models. Given that this pattern has been used for so long You're not going to have any issue finding a replacement for Your truck. A single wheel will cost between $20 and $40 but a full new set will range between $75 and $120. If You remove a wheel from this truck to work underneath it You're going to need to put it on A3tons jack.
