Finding the oil pressure switch location on Your 2007 Honda Pilot VTEC can be difficult. It is located at the top rear side of Your engine. You can access it by opening up the hood. Your engine should now be visible and the oil pressure switch should be there on the side VTEC solenoid. The variable valve timing oil pressure switch is generally an open switch which is situated at the VVT solenoid. When the VTEC oil pressure switch is closed, the voltage should drop to zero. This tells the PCM that oil pressure has been applied to the VTEC system. If this system fails to perform correctly then the ECM may set up a code on it. Every code requires a different diagnosis depending on the situation.

It's mounted near the 3rd cylinder which is where your 3rd spark plug is located. It's the little aluminum block with 2 sensor attach to it.
