The 2008 Honda Fit has A4 X100mm bolt pattern for the wheels. That means that Your vehicle's wheels have 4 bolts and they are 100 millimeters away from each other. When You are purchasing new wheels You should make sure that they have that bolt pattern. There are adapter plates on the market but they can put excessive stress on Your wheel hubs and cause damage to them, or to Your wheels. Usually a reputable tire and wheel shop should be able to show You options that will fit on Your car. I recommend that You also do not go more than two inches larger in size because it can lead to the wheels rubbing when the car turns.
