Your 2009 Lexus ES350, with a 3.5 liter V6 engine, is going to use SAE 0W-20 engine oil, though You can also go up to 5W-30 in it without encountering issues. Lexus uses a synthetic blend, but You're free to go with conventional, though very much not recommended, or a full synthetic, which is costlier but better for Your engine in the long run. If You use a full synthetic, You can go 10k miles, or around 12 months, between Your oil changes. It takeS6 quarts of oil when You do change it, and You can use any brand of filter, though some of them are better are removing contaminants than others, so stick with a name like Wix for the relative mental peace it'll give You.
