The 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander is equipped with a temporary spare in the rear cargo area. Lift the carpeted floor board to reveal recessed storage. Underneath this level is the load floor. The Outlander's donut is stored in the center of the load floor in most models and trims. The temporary donut is designed to take up less cargo space than a full-sized wheel and should only be used to drive a short distance to a repair stop.
