AudiA4 B8 radio owners suffer from a lack of sound even when equipped with an upgraded Audio package. Users may find their phone, navigation, voice commands, CD player and subwoofer works, but the speakers emit a "clicking sound". Often this is due to a failed Harmon Karden amp that requires replacement. Other owners find the A4's screen goes black or blank and needs to be replaced to restore. Fuses can blow that are responsible for the A4's Audio and display. A unit fuse is located behind the head that can cause Audio and stereo malfunction. The rear compartment fuse boxAlso houses a 10 amp sound fuse that can be accessed by lifting the cargo panel to reveal an electrical boxAnd may restore sound.

One of the most common reasons for your Audi A4 B8 car radio to stop working is a blown fuse.
