The engine oil type on the 2019 Nissan Altima depends on which type of engine You have. The PR25DD engine uses SAE 0W-20 whole the KR20DDET engine uses SAE 5W-30. Now, if You want to know the capacity of the PR25DD engine, then it iS5.1 L with an oil filter and 4.8 L without an oil filter. The KR20DDET engine takeS4.7 L with an oil filter and 4.6 L without an oil filter. If what You want to do is replace the oil then my advice to You is to also replace the oil filter. You want everything to be brand new when You're putting that new oil in Your engine.

Hi. I am from the Arabian Gulf I own the Nissan Altima 2019 2.5 engine I bought from America. In the identification card, the type of motor oil is registered 0w20, should I use a degree of viscosity 5w20 or 5w30?

The 2019 Nissan Altima can take both conventional and synthetic oil, but the car runs best on synthetic. The 2.0L 4 -cylinder engine uses 5W-30 and can hold 5 quarts. The 2.5L 4 -cylinder uses full synthetic 0W-20 and holds 5.4 quarts.
