The 2011 Nissan Altima has optional bluetooth for the infotainment system and it does not come standard with the base model. The bluetooth system can be used to handle phone calls, as well as stream music from a bluetooth-enabled device. If Your car did not come with bluetooth there are third party options on the market that can add it. These will connect to the CD changer port that is on the back of Your head unit and allow You to wirelessly connect Your phone to it. If You have problems with the bluetooth system in Your car the best way to fix it is to disconnect the phone and then reconnect it again.

Yes, the 2011 Nissan Altima can be available with Bluetooth by connecting your wireless phone. It's an option on the base 2.5 trim and 3.5 SR. On the 2.5S trim, Bluetooth is included in the Premium Audio Package

The 2011 Nissan Altima does have bluetooth capabilities, but only in the more high-end, expensive trims and packages.
