No, I own a 2020 Rogue Special Edition, and I can tell you that it does not have a digital speedometer on the dash/driver information screen. There are other options to display there, such as tire pressures or average speeds, but it will not show a digital speed readout.

I just purchased a Nissan Rogue SL 2018 a few weeks age I learned that it does not have a digital speedometer. It do have all these nice items I will never use like the average speed or cruise control. The salesman told me that I can not get my car changed just because of a speedometer. A digital speedometer is what I enjoy seeing , out of all the cars I ever driven in the pass twenty years this is the only one I had without a digital speedometer.
