The firSTStep to resetting the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in Your 2019 Mazda CX5 is to make sure You know what the recommended air pressure is. You can find this information on the door jamb on the driver's side. Ideally, You will be using a cold air pressure rating, so give the tires time to cool down, if possible. Fill all tires to their specification. A digital reading tool will be helpful. Turn the ignition to ON, but don't start the engine. If Your vehicle is equipped with a Start/Stop button, press it once without putting Your foot on the brake pedal. All of the lights in the instrument cluster should light up. Locate the TPMS button near the steering wheel on the left side of the dash. The TPMS light will flash and the horn will beep to confirm that the system has been reset.

To reset the tpms on the 2019 mazda cx 5 make sure the tire pressure is correct, then turn on the vehicle. Now hit the reset button that is to the right of the steering wheel and wait ten minutes. In some cases you may need to hold the button down till the light flashes. If the sensor is not working correctly then you may have tires with incorrect pressure, and the car can get bad performance.
