To reset the radio on the 2013 Kia Optima You will need to hold down the power button for 10 seconds. This will cause it to accept the reset code, which You put in with the channel select buttons. Once You put the code in You can then reset it. If You do not know the code You will need to contact the manufacturer of the radio as they will have a default one You can use.

Can someone help me? My moms car is a 2013 Kia Optima and her radio stopped working like the buttons light up but her screen is black..I tried holding the power more then 10 seconds in fact I hold every button for 10 seconds or later and nothing
