As the driver of a Honda Odyssey, You may find Yourself wondering just how long You will be able to enjoy Your vehicle. The Odyssey has a pretty long life expectancy. With regular maintenance and proper care, You can expect Your vehicle to last up to 300,000 miles, and possible well over that mark. There are multiple reports of these cars lastinG330,000 miles or more. You should take Your Honda in regularly for tire rotations, oil and brake fluid checks, transmission fluid refills, and d***y or clogged filter changes. You will optimally do this every 5,000 or 10,000 miles, or every 6 to 12 months, depending on the services needed.

My Honda Odyssey has 330,000 miles and has been a great car that has not cost me anything substantial. I have voluntarily put 2 batteries in it as I have it going on 10 years and have oil and filter changed every 40,000 miles regardless of what the instructions advise. I think this helps the car run further and stronger and I do not worry about the pennies. I worry about the dollars for repairs. Have been lucky with my odyssey and look forward to many more miles.
Did you have any transmission problems on yours? I have a 04 with 195000 miles. Transmissions scare me when you get that far in a cars life.

I have a 2006 Odyssey EX. I bought it in April 2017 with 115k and now have 280, 000 miles on it. It runs as well as the day I bought it. I change the oil every 8 to 10, 000 miles with Super Tech 5w30 full synthetic high mileage oil. Transmission gets drained and refilled every 25 to 30,000. Had valves adjusted at about 240k.Had a new timing belt kit with water pump installed at 125k and did it a 2nd time at 250k. Engine and transmission both perform like a new car. I’m very impressed with this Honda Odyssey. I think 400, 000 out of the engine is very possible. Maybe I can get another 40 or 50, 000 out of the transmission. This car is a jewel.

At 135, 000 miles I had to replace the alternator and then at 160,000 I had to replace the transmission. Now at 171,000 mi I have my front struts leaking, oil pan valve cover leaking, front axle leaking and rack leaking and timing belts starting to crack. I'm so disappointed in all these repairs. I'm looking at another 3 grand in order to keep the van safe and running.

With proper maintenance it's very possible that your honda odyssey can last for well up to more then 300,000 miles.
My 2003 has 254,000 on it, I adjusted the lifters at 245,00 and replaced the cool packs.. Transmission shifts a little hard when it is 100+ degrees out and my key is stuck in the tumbler at the moment… I have a slight ticking noise but no engine light and starts every day with no issues.

I got into my 07 Odyssey for 3k @215K miles. It had an oil leak and some other minor issues. I used AT-205 on the oil leak to rejuvenate the gaskets and $300 on sway bar links & other misc parts and she's riding like a dream. I'm planning on the 2" lift kit and a unistrut roof rack. The great part about the old odysseys is you don't worry about being liberal with testing upgrades. Absolutely phenomenal utility vehicles if you sure the front struts or lift it , and baby the transmission (aka: don't drive like an a*s) you're as good as gold IMO. My father and I both drive the same year and have worked out the kinks over the last 7 years. There are a couple of YT videos of guys with 500K miles on their Odysseys and going strong! XD Crazy!
