The electronic parking brake of the 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, locate the electronic lever to the left of the driver's knee in the dash behind the steering wheel. Pull the lever toward You to activate. You will hear the emergency PB engaging when released. The lever is earmarked by a "P" and a message stating "pull up". Once engaged, the lever's red light will be illuminated. On the Ram's instrument panel a red "brake" message will also appear lit in the middle of the speedometer. To turn off or disengage the PB, depress the driver's brake pedal in the footwell while pushing on the PB dash button. Both speedometer and button lights will switch off.

Put the vehicle in reverse and press the accelerator. EPS will disengage and you can put it into drive.

Well I just found out it won't go in reverse or anything if you have your door open, which I hate cuz I personally like to open my door and look out the side to see when I'm backing up when I know where I'm at.
