The speed limiter on the Ford F-150 was not designed to be removed or disabled because it is installed as a safety feature. However, owners have successfully removed it by working with software chips specifically made for "tuning" or modifying the technical paRameters of operating the truck. "Tuner" chips are available through second party resources but most consider them cost prohibitive at almost $9,000. The diagnostic equipment for installing and progRamming is also expensive and averages $450-$500. Limiter technology is usually equipped as "adjustable" or "intelligent" software. "Intelligent" limiters can monitor posted speed limits and restrict the amount of fuel and air to the engine accordingly. The European Transport Safety Council (ETSC) believes speed limiters have the potential to save over 25,000 lives in the next 15 years and reduce the number of collisions by 30 percent.

By viewing this video you will see that it is very possible. I can confirm it works on my 2019 F-150 3.5 eco. Used to top out at 170kph and now the fastest i've taken it is to 244kph. All stock no modifications besides the tune.

To undo the speed limiter on a ford f150 you will need an electric tuner though the rev limiter cannot be removed.
