To turn off the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee lights there is a control knob located in the left-most corner of the dash. If You turn the knob to the position just under the hollow circle symbol the lights should turn off. Other positions from right to left are AUTO, headlights, and parking lights. If set to AUTO the headlights will automatically turn on as the day turns to dusk. Pressing the knob in will turn on the fog lights. If You run into a situation where the exterior lights do not respond to the control knob Your lights could be in headlight delay mode. After You leave the car the headlights will say on for roughly 90 seconds before cycling off.

If you are referring to the daytime running lights, you can go through your radio. Go to lights and disable them there.
