As the driver of a Ford F-150 truck, You may find that You need to turn off the tire pressure monitoring system. This system is also referred to as the TPMS. To begin, You will need to put the ignition into the on position, being careful not to actually start the engine. Next, switch it off, and pump the gas pedal one time. Alternate the ignition between on and off a total of 3 times more. Make sure the last time, it ends in the on or run position. Last, start Your engine, and the tpms should be turned off.

To turn off tpms on the ford f150 simply turn the ignition switch to the off position, then press and release the brake pedal. Cycle the ignition switch from the off position to the run position 3 times, ending in the run position.
