If Your 2019 Nissan Altima is equipped with cruise control, You'll be able to set it to a speed between 25 and 89 miles per hour. If You're not equipped with intelligent cruise control, the method for going into cruise control is simple -- You'll press the cruise control button, and wait for the dash light to illuminate. Then when driving at Your desired speed, You'll press the "SET -" button. To speed up or slow down, press "RES +" or "SET -".
