If Your 2019 Nissan Altima is equipped with cruise control, You'll be able to set it to a speed between 25 and 89 miles per hour. If You're not equipped with intelligent cruise control, the method for going into cruise control is simple -- You'll press the cruise control button, and wait for the dash light to illuminate. Then when driving at Your desired speed, You'll press the "SET -" button. To speed up or slow down, press "RES +" or "SET -". To exit cruise control, press "CANCEL" or press the cruise control button once more. If You have intelligent cruise control (ICC), the process is largely the same, except You'll also be able to set a predetermined distance to the vehicle ahead of You. These buttons are clearly labeled, and Your set distance will be displayed on the display screen.
