Noticing that Your Malibu has no heat in the cabin might lead You to run a diagnostic scanner. Getting the code p00b7 on Your 2013 Chevy Malibu means that there is slow coolant flow. There could be several culprits which would result in the poor movement of coolant throughout the radiator system. There simply might not be an adequate amount of coolant in the reservoir. One way fluid can leak is through broken hoses. Check them for leaks, preferably while the car is running. A telltale sign that this is happening is by recognizing antifreeze puddles under Your car. Move Your car out of its spot and check for a colored, sweet smelling liquid. Finally, a closed or malfunctioning thermostat could also be guilty of refusing the influx of fluid which would cool the system. If Your engine isn't being interpreted as hot, then hot air would not be allowed to blow through the vents from the heater core.

It means the readings from the temperature sensor on the engine and the temperature sensor on radiator are too far apart. Could be caused by low coolant, faulty sensor, faulty thermostat, faulty water pump
