The correct wiper blade sizes used on the 2020 Ford Escape are 24" for the driver side, 20" for the passenger side, and an 11" wiper for the rear window. It's typically recommended that you inspect the condition of your wipers every 6 months and change them once a year. Over time the rubber on your blades will wear down and you'll notice that the windows no longer get properly cleaned and they're left with streaks. This may not be a big deal right away but if you're stuck in extreme rain or snow conditions with wipers like that, your visibility is going to suffer. I have a 2020 Ford Escape, non-hybrid.....my wiper blades are 25" for the front left & 20" for the front right. Not sure where the above answer is 28".....
