What is the ford focus mk3 carpet removal procedure?

The carpet in the Ford Focus mk3 is not really meant to come out, so there is not a normal removal procedure. If You are going to remove it then You will need to first remove the seats from the car. They are bolted into the base of the car on each of the corners. Remove the bolts and then the wires that run to the underside of the seats. Be gentle with the wires, they tear easy. Once the seats are out You will need to take a knife or box cutter and cut around the edge of the carpet. The sides are held in place with tacks and You will need to pry these up. This will likely leave parts behind, as again this is not meant to be done.
