Your 2005 Mazda3 has multiple headlight bulbs, and I'm not sure which You're specifically interested in, so let's just cover the lot of them. Your low beam headlight bulb size is H7, and the high beam size is going to be 9005. You can substitute the halogen versions of these for LED ones without issue; doing so is a little more expensive, but also yields bulbs that last longer and are brighter. Your fog light bulb is going to be an H11. Additionally, Your reverse light uses 2825s and Your brake lights require 7443s. And finally, if You're replacing Your dome light, that's going to be a DE3175. For an idea of the prices here, an EIKO 9005, part 9005BP, runs around $13 at O'Reilly Auto Parts and contains a single bulb.
