The 2009 Honda CR-V's fuel pump relay should be found inside the cabin's fuse box. It can be located on the driver's side of the vehicle under the dash and above the brake pedal in the R2 slot. The FP relay is responsible for controlling the electrical power to the fuel pump. Signs it needs replacing include a no start, stalling or a silent FP when the key is turned to the "on" position. If the relay has completely failed, a driver can crank, but not fire the engine because the pump is not switched on. If it is intermittently failing, the car may stall and then start later on. Cost of replacing is under $20 and can be repaired by the owner by consulting the owner's manual.
