You'll find the 2013 Hyundia Sante Fe backup camera fuse located in the interior fuse box, which is to the left of Your steering wheel, hidden behind the panel there in the dash that has the lever You can pull on to reveal it. If You mess about in here, make sure You don't accidentally toggle that mode switch there at the top from the ON position to OFF, else You'll disable the backup camera, as well as the radio and Your wireless key FOBs! If You're finding that the display screen for the back-up camera is showing without the guides, and then goes to black, and then comes on with the guides, this behavior is due to the system not booting up fully yet, and not, say, an electrical issue.
