The Ford Transit Connect has two main USB ports that are able to connect to the radio's head unit. The first one is located at the bottom of the front of the dash behind the gear selector. The second one is located at the bottom of the center console underneath the lid. These USB ports are a good way to connect an MP3 player or smartphone to Your car to use it as a source for the vehicle's infotainment system. If You notice that they are not working properly then You will want to inspect the pins in them to make sure that they are okay and free from damage and debris.

There are two usb ports located at the bottom of the main instrument panel, and inside the storage compartment of the center console, respectively.

Long wheel base transits there’s a cubby over the dashboard in there you’ll find a USB port might even be the case for the smaller vans only I never drove one

In our 2020 Connect the USB port is locate at the base of the center console right in front of the shifter. This is part of the recharging station of the van as we do not use the charging cubby for recharging the navigation phablet.
