The Chevrolet Silverado truck has a fuel pump reset switch that can be found on the toe board of the vehicle. This is somewhat easy to locate. The first thing You will need to do is go to the front of Your vehicle, and open the hood. Using the prop arm on the left side of the hood, You can hold the hood firmly open, preventing injury or inconvenience of doing it manually. Look to the area on the left, or passenger side, of the engine bay, behind the transmission. The fuel pump reset is snugly positioned in the passenger footwell. If the switch needs to be replaced, You can expect to pay between $30 and $138 for parts.

The fuel pump reset switch can be found on the toe-board, to the right of the transmission hump, in the passenger-side footwell.
