When the AudiApp is not working with Your car the first thing that You should try to do is restart Your device. Usually a simple restart of the phone can clear up some of the communication issues that can lead to the app not working properly with the vehicle. If that does not solve it then You will want to make sure that Your account is properly paired with Your car and that You are a registered user for the vehicle. If Your app still does not work after that then I recommend that You contact Audi directly so that they can get Your account set up properly with Your car so that it will work again.

It always breaks. It’s s**t. Never rely on it one of the worst car apps I have ever seen.
I just picked up a 2023 etron sportback on sat 11-5-22. The ssles rep spent over an hr setting up my Audi and me as a key user. It did NOT work from the start! We kept getting error messages that the vehicle is not recognized. 4 hours spent on Sunday, removing me as key user and. Reinstalling (no less than 10 times. And it still didn’t work. On Monday I spent 1 hr, 45min on hold before a technical support rep from Audi answers the phone. By this time I had driven to the dealer. We spent another 2 hours on the phone with the Audi tech support rep and my sales rep. I left with accomplishing NOTHING. I bought a $100K car that I can’t monitor with my Audi ap. It’s not communicating with my phone. So it was written up with some Zen report. I’m just waiting for a response.
Have had this app for over 3 years. Total piece of c**p that has worked right less than a dozen times. I spent hours in the phone with customer service when I got the car in 2019. They tried. They failed. Do not depend on this app. Not a great advertisement for Audi technology.
Don’t bother with Audi c**p software, s**k it up and use alternatives until you sell your Audi, then never buy another one It’s not the multiple software failures that upset as much as Audi’s total indifference.

I own a fully loaded 2019 Audi Q8 S-Line Luxury Prestige. I love the car but HATE the app. The app does very little even when it is working. The app is a POS basically. It was better when I first got it but they keep fixing what wasn't broken. It's not working... Again. And, there is no place to look up the error code. Of course, there's no place on the My Audi website to get help either. It gets frustrating to have a $100,000 car with a $2 app!!!!!

If your Audi app is not working you may be experiencing these conditions: you are not a verified Key User; you need to pair your account with your vehicle or you do not maintain a subscription to the service.

App can not connect. Error message that vehicle status could not be retrieved. 2023 Q5S. Very disappointed. Worked for about four weeks and then could not connect. Tried deleting and reinstalling app to no avail. Disappointing that Audi would allow this to continue. Guess business is good so that indifference can be an acceptable corporate response.

Just ignore the suggestion to reset or re install the app. In 99 out of 100 cases, Audi fu€&€&d up again and released a flawed update. Only solution being to install old version or wait for these losers to come with an update

Total c**p for me also.. Hope there will come any update in 2023..
Based on the absolutely atrocious customer service response I have received from Audi since I purchased my car two months ago it appears to me the myAudi App simply does not work. I have tried repeatedly at my dealership and at several others and was informed by all the sales-staff to simply give up. Where is senior management in this issue to simply inform Audi owners there is an issue and explain the problem. One wonders how they will respond to a simple writ asking for a $25,000 cash refund to compensate for the failure to deliver. I guess this is the next step!

Bought my new Q3 45 S Line Premium Plus two weeks ago and have yet to be able to use MyAudi or Audi Connect. The apps are pieces of garbage. Do they really think anyone in their right mind would actually pay to subscribe to this junk?

Did a reboot of the app, logged off and on, reset my MMI in the car, deleted the App on my phone and reinstalled it and guess what….. No change! Mmm I have to order a new Leasing car soon, don’t know if this will accelerate the respons from Audi….

Bought a Q4 etron 3 months ago the salesman made use feel like we were the ones that were to stupid to fix the app. It’s never work other than intermittently and then tells us we’ve logged out. The app is c**p nuff said

Same problem with our TT. App took ages to finally work but has stopped again and not updating.
Bought Q4 Electron in April 2023. It has not been less than a month. The app does not sync. Worst, it says "The service is not available, please deactivate the privacy settings in MMI of your vehicle. I enabled/Disabled in MMI (Settings --> Privacy in the car). Car may be good, but app sucks.

What I have found with the app on an iPhone is that when apple does a software update you have to sign into your Audi id again this normally fixes my connection issues.
