The outside design is sharp. The interior design is modern looking too.

It actually performs at a very high level most of the time. You do not have to worry about gas as it does it use too much over a short period of time. It also lasts long. I like it because it has a distance detector which helps detect if a car or other objects are too close to the car, hence causing danger to the driver.

It's great I love it is a great car it rides smooth and it is got a great transmission and the fuel economy is great. I wish is was a little bit smaller and lower to the ground and it needs a smaller turn radius and better maneuverability. The trunk space is very useful though.

Great car other than repairs and maintenance.

Reliability has been an issue as has poor fuel mileage. The seats are very comfortable but the plastic has all broken off and plastic chrome has also begun to flake. It handles well and has a bit of road noise but the reliability issues are the worst.

The ride is more rough compared to other makes. And also it is not the most attractive car either. The reliable however is great. The other thing that makes this car not as good is how they contain cheap batteries. Another downside is how slow it is.

Acura mdx issues after owning for a couple years.

My car has been pretty good for me but it has had a few problems. The check engine light flashes sometimes for no reason at all and the leather on my seats has started to peel after a couple years of owning the car. Other than that there has not been many problems and has been quite a good vehicle.

The best 7 seater car on the market for the price.

The problems are that the air conditioning does not turn on sometimes but the quality of the ride is good and feels luxurious. Also the car has some transmission problems but the ride is smooth. The space in the trunk is more than enough when we go shopping or have extra people in the car.

The 2018 MDX isn't the best for your bang for your buck out there. The 9 speed transmission is absolutely terrible shifts poorly and feels terrible. The technology and dual screen is absolutely outdated and terrible. I feel like Acura really needs to start investing in technology and better transmissions

My vehicles is very interesting.

My vehicle is very good performance. It's not any problem. But I like my vehicle. But there's growing concern that some sort of electrical overstress is missing with airbag control units in certain Acura vehicles. And that is a problem since it is the sensor.

The stability is really great. I ended up replacing the system speakers because of static issues. No other problems with regular maintenance. The car has a luxury feel. I typically buy Acuras because of their engine reliability. My previous Acura went over 200,000.

The best vehicle I have driven in my short 27 years of life. The handle is amazing and the power is off the charts. I've driven other cars but my Acura mdx is by far the best on the market. I have a 2018 black Acura mdx. It is the advanced package. It is very roomy with its 3 rows. It has a built in DVD system. Drives great and smooth. The driver and passenger seats can have ac come out of the seats, which is amazing. It also has navigation, too. My car is perfect.

Interior makes it feel like a real luxury sports car.

Performs well, drives well, not great gas mileage but not anything terrible. Smooth ride with great acceleration. Interior and accessories are elegant and practical. Lights could be a bit brighter in fog and heavy darkness and gas tank could be a bit larger.

Works well, feels safe, big which is good for family and friends, use everyday, good quality car, size of car helps a lot for moving items, very convenient that seats move well even though it is an SUV, because it is so convenient, we use the car almost everyday. Overall the Acura mdx is an amazing car.

This vehicle is a perfect family car. While it does not look like a SUV it has the same room and even more options for its price. The front and back seats heat up, the navigation system is amazing and has off-road trails sometimes. The seats in the back have a button you can push to move them which proves to be very convenient especially if you have kids, the trunk also has plenty of room for trips longer than two weeks.

My family car 2017 Acura mdx review.

My car is Acura mdx 2017. It is a reliable car with a lot of safety features. It rarely has any mechanical issues with regular maintenance. It runs smoothly and with good sound ok insulation. We can hardly hear any loud noise outside while driving. My family love this car very much.

Excellent vehicle, drives like a car as opposed to a truck/SUV. Functional. Interior. Would prefer ceiling vents instead of backseat vents on the console. Only problem is the limited access to the 3rd row. With a 3rd baby on the way, we will need to get something that has more ease to 3rd row.

Acura mdx review - reliable.

Bluetooth set-up is a bit rough around the edges. You need to spend about twenty minutes figuring out how to set it up and then it becomes a hassle if you somehow unpair. Drives great and handles smoothly. The seats are comfortable and there's a surprising amount of space in the car. The trunk is on the small side so do not plan on putting as much in there as you would an SUV. Really cannot complain about much else though, the car is beautiful and gets decent mileage.

It's a very good vehicle compare to other SUV makers.

A v6 engine is the only power plant available in the 2018 mdx. Fortunately, you should like it, as it delivers plenty of power and reasonably quick acceleration. However, the transmission leaves some room for improvement; the timing of its shifts is not always perfect. It offers solid handling, a smooth ride, and a quality interior, but it earns a subpar predicted reliability rating, overall, it doesn't lead the class in any one area.

The Acura mdx is a luxurious ride with a technology package that is very modern and sleek. My brake booster malfunctioned recently, however, throughout the 9 months I have owned this SUV, I have had little to no issues at all. Superb Acura mdx: one of the precious jewels of the SUV family.

The Acura mdx is a great vehicle both in terms of performance and aesthetically. I have had my car for almost two years and the only maintenance that I have had to get was the routine oil changes. The engine is quiet and it drives smoothly. It has GPS (with screen near odometer that indicates the current street that you are traveling on), screen near odometer displays lot of other screens displaying useful information like tire pressure and when maintenance is due. As far as gas mileage, I typically get 20 miles on the gallon for in-city driving and 28 on the highway. It is also quite roomy and comfortable with a third row for seating. The third row, in my opinion, is best for either two children or one adult. It also has the capability to play music from Pandora, smartphones and XM radio (which one typically gets for free the first three months after purchasing the car). Finally, one can talk on the hands-free while driving by connecting a smartphone using Bluetooth technology.

It has superb performance and handling. Smooth ride, easy drive, great steering. It saves a lot of gas and is a good looking vehicle. Love the size and comfortable space inside. Acura mdx review - nothing to complain about!

I find the car to be a great size, and the interior has really held up through the years. The car has always driven well, one problem is that is does not have the best pick-up on the highway. I think it looks very nice on the outside, I have the charcoal gray paint and black interior seats. I have had some maintenance issues, but overall it has been a good purchase.

Love Acura and will keep driving one.

This is my second Acura mdx. I love it! I love how it drives and the amount of room I have for my family. The trunk space is limited with the 3rd row up but there is the option to have only one 3rd row seat up which helps a lot on road trips. It took me awhile to get use to the button gears but now I am so use to it that I am not sure I can drive another way. I actually think it is easier to manage. The technology in the car is very easy to manage. I love the smartphone feature. It makes it very easy to connect my phone for my GPS, music, calls, etc... Great sound system.

Overall a great vehicle with a few minor flaws.

Having driven a minivan and a SUV in the past I really wanted to be high up for improved vision while driving. I wanted a crossover and we are planning on using this vehicle for road trips now that our kids are grown and on their own. . The base trim of the acura is outstanding - heated leather seats in the front row, a high quality sound system, separate front and back heating/ac, etc. The package includes third row seating, android & apple auto system which allows gps, music and even texting to display on one of the two displays in the dash. Auto on/off headlights and high-beam as well. The driver's display and steering wheel control dials and buttons are well designed too. . The transmission / suspension / steering allows for three levels of operation - comfort, sport and 'regular' at the press of a button. There is a significant difference and I do change them depending on my trip and how I am feeling. I love the cruise control settings which allow the driver to set a close or more distant follow to the car in front. It will slow your acceleration if the car in front is driving slower than your speed setting. There's also a lane departure setting that steers you back into your lane - you can turn it off if desired. Steering assist is another option that 'assists' you in steering around curves. . The downside of the car is the less than smooth shifting while accelerating, and the engine is not as quiet as I had expected. There are separate front seat temperature controls - but it is deceiving. The fan speed is not separate, and the temperature is not really separate. But these are forgivable as the rest of the car is great.

Acura mdx is reliability and dependable, perfect for families!

It is very reliable and good on gas. I recently had the motor replaced but otherwise runs smooth. The car is durable, has strength and power. It has good speed and great on brakes. The comfort inside the car is wonderful, it is spacious all over plus enough storage space in the trunk.

The Acura is black and the car mileage spans out for a long time.

It works great and is comfortable it just is a pain to get in it and has some scratches. It is my dads car and he loves it. I have a used Honda Civic. The air conditioner in the Acura is great and it has great mirrors but it just is a bit small and cramped for 3 people trying to fit in the back and it goes very fast.

Good family car (Acura).

Very comfortable, good seats, drives well, smooth - it does not get put off balance by potholes, lots of room for kids. Good amount of storage. Dog friendly, I have a golden retriever puppy who loves it. This is a good family car for families and car and it's a good car.

Acura mdx: lack of Bluetooth.

It does not have Bluetooth and often when charging my phone, it says that the cable is not recognized. Though the car itself is nice, it is spacious, capable to driving up to 8 people, it handles very nice, and it is my first car I have drove. It has many flaws, but I do like the car itself because a car is a car, but the only gripe is I wish it came automatically with Bluetooth because I have an iPhone x and it does not work with this car's aux port.

Acura mdx - everyday car that performs.

It is a great car and provides a good features.Overall, the car is very comfortable and easy to drive. It handles smoothly in most driving conditions. The dashboard provides good information on the car diagnostics. The entertainment package is neat and provides variety way of ways to connect Bluetooth audio. The car has performed very well throughout the years.

We may only buy Acura mdx from now on.

I might always buy Cars from now on. The ride is so smooth, the technology and features are accessible and easy to use, the seats are so comfortable. I love how easy it is to check tire pressure and how much gas I have left. The seat warmers save me in the winter without being too hot. The third row is small, but we only use it for the kids anyway, and they love it and have been on long road trips with no complaints. The only negative: the sensors sometimes go haywire if something gets on them then correct in the rain.

Satisfied owner - highly recommended.

No issues so far with vehicle. Has that slick Acura feel that I was used to with the TSX but in a crossover. Comfort / standard / sport setting is helpful depending on your driving style. Good on gas for a bigger vehicle. Quality interior design gives a little more of a luxury feeling.

Love the Acura mdx! Perfect for a family of four.

Love my Acura! The entertainment package really helps entertain the kids during long car rides. Plus the car pairs well with my iPhone easily- making it simple to hear texts that come in, play music and use google maps (although the car comes with navigation as well). I love the flexibility of using the third row or leaving it folded for extra trunk space. Highly recommend this car!

Acura mdx 2018 user review after 10,000 miles.

After 10,000 miles I traded in my mdx. I had face some issues with air conditioning fans. I got good performance in about 10,000 miles. This vehicle has not enough comfortable. Remote engine start and a color multi-information display is good. I like navigation system and premium audio system. Acuralink satellite communication keeps you connected.

Why am I paying for navigation in 2020?

Acceleration is a little delayed. Wish it had captains chairs. I think it is odd that Acura still charges for technology package in 2020. Most cars come standard and look better on the inside. Could use an updated interior. Overall it is a great car. Safe.

The best SUV for my family.

The Acura mdx 2018 is the best choice of vehicle I could have ever chosen. It is perfect for my family, and it has everything I was looking for; it is 4 wheel drive, it fits 7 passengers, the technology is advanced. It took me a while to learn how to use the car because it has buttons to control everything. I love that there is no need to use the key remote to lock or unlock the car.
