Unbiased 2016 Acura rdx review.
It is a very comfortable ride with good gas mileage, both city and highway. It can comfortably holds 5 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of cargo space. Because it is a 2016 model it does not have all the latest bells and whistles you find on newer vehicles.

Great SUV, no issues very happy.
No issues ever. 100% reliable. Comfortable and quiet. My husband is 6’5” and thinks it is a little cramped space wise but I think it is roomy and have so issues with the size. Great small SUV. Gas mileage could be better, but not terrible. I do mostly in town driving.

Acura rdx, fun for all ages, safe for everyone.
My car has leather seats, sunroof, and all the features for driving in style and comfort. With keyless push to start, I do not need to take my keys out of my purse to drive away, and with the built in navigation I can go anywhere! The trunk has so much room and you get added space by putting down the back seats that it makes for any road trip. In addition to all those great features, the sound system tops it all off, allowing friends and I to ride entertained and having fun!

Reliable, safe, family-made SUV.
For an SUV, it is easy to handle. We travel often and gas mileage is good using premium gas that is recommended. The back seat can holds 3 car seats comfortably with ample leg room for the children. Acura’s are pretty reliable, very safe and long lasting.

Stylish and safety wrapped up in a beautiful car!
This car has been great. I have never had any problems. I love the safety features. There have been quite a few times when the alert prevented an accident when starting to change lanes (car in blind spot). Also the alert when backing up is a great safety feature. Makes me a much more confident driver. The ride is very comfortable and the Bluetooth connectivity makes it so easy to get some work calls done when driving.

Leg room and pleased with entertainment features.
My one complaint about this car is the headlights are either not bright enough or not the ideal angel. I do not like night driving in this vehicle. On the positive, I am tall, this vehicle is perfect for me. I love how much room I have for my legs in the driver's seat. Also, the driving safety features are amazing. Lights on my side mirrors detect if a car is approaching from the side so I know not to turn. I know I am safe because I do not have to worry about my blind spots as I drive in busy traffic. Another feature I love is the Bluetooth, my first experience and I love playing my music and how it connects instantly when I start my car.

Super family car in a small SUV.
The car is reliable, comfortable, and filled with helpful features. The only issue I have had is an occasional hiccup with the phone set up, especially when switching which phone is connected to the car's system. Great headlights, quiet ride, comfortable back seats.

My Acura is just right even with some small problems
It's a great car! The car handles really nice, it's just the right size. I like the sporty look of the car. The only problems I've had with the car is the sunroof. It leaks in the car when I take it to the car wash. Also, the front sensor goes off sometimes for no reason. Both problems have been addressed by the Dealership and the problems are still happening. I still really like the car though.

Great small luxury SUV for seniors.
I love the heated and cooled front seats, the leather gets quite hot in the summer. The hands free phone was easier in my Camry, but, I have not had the car very long so I expect it to get easier with time. The memory driver's seat is a great option, as well as the remote start when outside temperatures are extreme.

I use it to take my children around town and it is reliable and safe.
I have no problems other than having a small transmission leak due to a gasket. Otherwise the car has been a great car. It is reliable and helps me take my kids around town. I put a bike rack on the trunk which holds 3 bikes total. It has great gas mileage.

The Acura RDX is a wonderful car. The safety features are top notch. It is a comfortable ride. The leather trim is soft and comfortable to sit on and it is easy to clean. The downside is the level of gas that you need to use... I wish it was regular gas. This adds to the overall price of the car. However, the comfortable and smooth ride is the result and I love it. The back seat has plenty of room. The trunk area has plenty of room to hall large things. The back seat lays down to create even more room.

Good car; hard to maintain body paint integrity.
The car has had no technical problems; however, maintaining the paint job has been difficult even with the purchase of the xzilon paint-protection package which came with annual details for the three years. I have also detailed the car on other occasions.

Base model Acura rdx 2016 year.
Base package includes leather seats, automatic seats, sunroof, automatic windows and trunk. I would say it is all that you need, but I would prefer a bigger infotainment screen. The interface has Bluetooth and XM radio and a backup camera but the screen is very small. This is the thing that I would like to upgrade. The backseat is spacious for only being three seats. This is nice because we have a car seat in the middle seat and 2 other passengers can still ride comfortably.

Perfect switch from car to SUV.
I have not had any issues since I obtained the car in 2016. I find it to be very comfortable and stylish. I grew up driving a car and this was a comfortable switch for me. The size fits my needs as it is not too large or too small. I wish the GPS updated on its own.

I love this car, perfect downgrade from the too large for me mdx.
I love this car. It has great acceleration and all the features I want in the base. The brakes do squeak, which I have read is a known issue with this car. Otherwise it looks hot and is fun to drive. I downgraded from an mdx, and this has the power I want with the same features, just smaller.

I love how Audi has automatic windshield wipers.
Had recent engine problems but other than that no problems at all. The car is used and had it since 2018 around march I believe. Engine started shaking while driving. Not sure what the exact problem was but it was fixed within 5 days and that was the only problem that occurred since the purchase.

Fits your whole entire family.
One thing I love about my car, is that there is a GPS already. I can go anywhere, without buying another GPS. My car is very big. I am 6 feet, so when I still had my old car, I barely could fit. Now though, I could fit easily with my height. You can probably fit your whole entire family with ease. Even though this car is from 2016, it still acts brand new.

Living with an Acura rdx, tech package.
Acura rdx is a solid crossover that has never let me down. I have used for long road trips and the vehicle provides a very smooth ride and comfortable experience. It has the comfort of an SUV but with the power of a car. If that makes sense. I say that because the v6 engine is great and sounds amazing while accelerating. We've used different Acuras in my family and have never been disappointed. The peace of mind that my vehicle is a good quality one and the efficiency is really amazing. Gas usage is kind of a little much, but it is a v6 so it makes sense, I guess it depends on how much a person drives. I personally drive a lot.

Brakes are very sensitive that my wife does not want to drive it.
Pros: runs very smooth and accelerates fast. Very spacious especially at the back seat. It has moon/sun roof for the front passengers as well as the back passengers. Available In Different colors. It is fuel efficient. . Cons: the brakes are very sensitive. There is no spare tire. The tires are filled with nitro. Vehicle is very light. If flat tire occurs, it needs to be towed.

The car is a very pretty color and the mileage is great.
The car is in good condition, however the tires are starting to wear out and I need to do an oil change. The car burns gas pretty quickly, but the mileage is great. The car does contain a TV, which is perfect for the kids, and it is great when driving in the rain or in the snow.

Sit up high but drives like a sedan
I wish it had a heated steering wheel. I love the size, visibility and gas mileage. The trunk is spacious and it is easy to fold down the back seats if needed. I have the remote start feature which helps since my car lives outside. I love the ventilated seats.

The Acura rdx is a truly excellent automobile through the in car Acura online service fee of $204/yr is way overpriced also has a flat tire 'repair kit' instead of a spare tire, luckily I haven't had the need to use it--gas mileage is fine at around 25 mpg.

I am very happy with my car. We have had minor repairs which I thought should have happened further down the life of the car, but it is what it is. I wish I had opted for an upgraded package because I miss things like a power back door.

Performance is great! The car accelerates fast, notifies you when there is an issue, and is a very comfortable luxury vehicle. It has a built in GPS and seat warmers with dual settings which is very helpful in the winter. The car performs well in both heat and snow. The gas mileage is also great! No complaints.

Great car, and extremely fast.
The car has an amazing feel to it. The acceleration is more than almost any other car in the same price range that I had done test drives with. It is reliable, and does not need to be taken to the shop consistently. I frequently choose this car when I decide to go on long road trips specifically due to its reliability. Not to mention comfort, I find the rdx is both small and compact, yet has lots of space. The least comfortable seat is likely the driver's seat, while all the other seats are much more plush and meant for relaxing. People often in the backseat compliment how luxurious it feels in those seats. The trunk space is amazing for the small nature of the car. Audio systems are fantastic, and again, even after buying pre-owned, it was the right decision.

Great and smooth ride, great features and radio.
I have really enjoyed my experience with my Acura. It drives extremely well and even when it had problems (needing its brakes changed and the tire rods changed due to time) it was a simple fix and it drove just like new after that! I enjoy the radio and the navigation system is very easy to use!

It has been a reliable vehicle without any technical or mechanical issues. It is a smooth driving vehicle but somewhat slow on accelerating. It is a little low for height and small in size and capacity for an SUV. The dashboard and screen is on the small side and pretty basic. Has a comfortable interior and standard features.

There have been no problems with the vehicle. I have really enjoyed the performance and comfort of the car. I did have to replace the battery pretty early on but that has been the only issue. The vehicle does require the highest grade gasoline so that may be a deterrent for some.

Advanced safety features!
Love the advanced safety features of the car including the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. The car is comfortable and handles really well, drives smooth. The car also has collision mitigation which helps reduce the impact or instance of a crash. I love the tech package because of the two screens, one for radio/audio and the other to assist with navigation.

Acura rdx- starts off great, takes a turn for the worse!
I loved my Acura rdx for the first two years. It drove nicely, was reliable, and the perfect size, as I had just had my first child. However the past 6 months or so I have had lots of problems with it. First the center console latch broke, leaving it open all the time. Then my brakes started squeaking so I took it in, as it is still under warranty, and turns out I needed an entirely new brakes system. Finally, my shocks needed to be replaced. As I said, this was all under warranty and was replaced no problem, but a car dealership with a baby is the last place I want to be! I will be getting rid of this car soon.

I've been having issues with the transmission -- I've taken it to the service department and they say the transmission fluid is burnt but they won't fix it because they think it will start causing other problems. So, now my car sputters when in low gears.

It is such a sleek design that makes it seem small. You will notice how much space it actually does have when you fit the whole family into it though. The gas reliability is phenomenal and is only about $20 to refill the tank. The seats have both heaters and coolers. It is as if they have air conditioning for your lower extremities.

I love my car. It has a great air conditioning and heating system. It has heated seats which I love to you on chilly winter nights. It seats up to four people, not counting the driver. The trunk is spacious and the door can be opened manually or by button. It is also hands free so I can control the volume, music channel, phone and radio setting without having to take my hands off the wheel. It does get good gas mileage and has been great for road trips, as well as a simple trip to the grocery store. It is easy and fun to drive. I love my car and enjoy it everyday I use it.

Acura rdx - best midsize SUV on the market!
My vehicle has a lot of features equivalent to a high end luxury SUV, but Acura is an affordable yet refined option. The navigation system and safety features are perfect for my commuting needs. The vehicle is the perfect mid-size to get errands done, but also drivable and not oversized for the city.

Overall great value purchase.
I love my Acura rdx. It is a very reliable car that I was not had any major problems with. After three years it continues to run great through all seasons of weather. Extremely comfortable inferior and great handling on the road. I wouldn't take this car off-roading through as it wouldn't be ideal conditions for it.

New buyer’s initial reaction of the Acura rdx.
I just purchased my 2016 Acura rdx with the advanced package and four wheel drive, and I couldn't love it any more. I was driving a 2006 Acura tl for 10 years and it got me hooked on the brand. I had 0 problems with it besides replacing the breaks and a couple of flat tires. I haven't had the rdx long enough to experience any problems but it drives very well. It has plenty of room with the back seats down and several advanced tech features with a beautiful display. Love this car.

The perfect car for anyone
I've had no problems with this beautiful car ! Absolutely love it. This car has so much room in the back and perfect for a family car. It performs great in the snow and doesn't give me any trouble during winter. Drives smooth ! Perfect on gas and great for traveling. Only maintenance I've need are the oil changes ! Love it.

Better than my Mercedes c 130
I have had the car for 3 years with zero problems. This is my first SUV and love the space. Easy to maintain and affordable unlike my previous Mercedes. The only maintenance thus far is regular oil changes. I have yet to replace the tires. In addition the gas mileage is fantastic.

One of the best vehicles I have owned. No problems so far at 40,000 miles. Very good all round fuel mileage if you drive it properly. Infotainment system is fine once you learn how to use it. Very roomy for people and cargo. But I did buy a reg.size spare tire.

The rdx is the perfect vehicle for a family, a couple or a single person.
I have had no issues with my vehicle. I do regular maintenance and have never needed a repair of any kind. . I wish the vehicle came with running boards and a roof rake. . There's lots of room for a car seat and an adult in the back seat. The back area is roomy and can fit four large suitcases. The front seats fold all the way down flat, so you can carry a rolled up rug, or in my case lumber.

I like the color of it and it's all small so it could be bigger
Its reliable gets me where I need to go I never have to worry about it breaking down and I like it it's a blue Acura and I have never had a problem with it. The windshield is brand new and so are the breaks I just had it detailed too the only thing is it's kind of small I wish it was bigger

I love my Acura RDX. It's interior is larger than most other luxury SUV in its class. I like all the features that Acura offers. I have the technology package and it is worth the money. It comes with Mine has black interior and exterior. Some of the features it offers is AWD/4WD, Remote Start, Stability Control, Auto Climate Control, Adaptive Cruise, back up camera, XM radio, keyless entry, and many more features.

The Acura rdx is a very reliable vehicle. It looks very sleek and clean, and sounds nice. The rdx drive very well, it is very smooth. The car is nice and spacious, with a very nice interior. The sound system sounds nice, and the controls are very easy to operate. I enjoy driving the rdx.

It's not too small nor too big. Just the perfect size.
I own and Acura 2016 rdx and am loving it. No problems at all. Really no problems at all. I only had to bring the car in for oil change / maintain it but that's it. The car drives super smooth and inside is quiet. I can connect my Bluetooth via iPhone.
