Great gas mileage, smooth riding, luxury car with technology package!
Brakes need to be replaced. Normal wear and tear. Very reliable, smooth riding and dependable car. I wouldn't buy anything else. Good gas mileage also.

Car does not have enough interior room as I need space. I like that it's good on gas. It low maintenance.

Easy fix for poor XM reception
If you have problems with your XM radio reception, install a brand new shark fin antenna from your Acura Dealer. A stereo place can easily install it at a more reasonable price. Works like magic and the old sharkfin looked perfect from every angle after it was removed. Change the sharkfin antenna before you do anything else. The car is great. Had it for 10 years. The door speakers should be replaced with after market better speakers, too.

It is not good to drive when it is windy.
I love my Acura and all Honda cars I have no dislikes or complaints about my vehicle it gets me from point a to point b safely and with all the air bags I feel protected.

2009 Acura tl is an amazing reliable car with a tad bit of luxury.
I honestly love pretty much everything about this car. The performance is amazing with the v6 vtec engine giving me more power when I give it gas but also great mpg while driving conservative. Very good handling and comfortable to drive. Amazing stock audio system. Only problem I have had with the car other that doing regular scheduled maintenance is the leather seats ripping. Cars over 10 years old so what do you expect...

I love the way it glints in the sun.
It's a horrible vehicle. I'd drive it but I am embarrassed. Its features include heated seats, tinted windows, cold ac, full service radio, GPS system, and many others. The windows and doors are awesome. But I am a perfectionist.

Almost 200k miles and still runs good.
Small, but reliable. Not great on gas. Needs maintenance, spark plugs. The trunk does not open with a key, it has to be opened by a button on the door. Has a sunroof. Pretty powerful engine. 4 Doors, leather interior that is still in good shape. It has fairly high clearance for a sedan, but I do not try to take it off-road or in the snow. It is an automatic.

I like the ride and quality of the car. I dislike that the fabric on the inside of my car has torn apart.

The Acura TL Review (Sound and seating)
The car sometimes is too loud at times... Especially when accelerating. The chairs are comfortable and are able to be sat in for long drives.

I have had my Acura TL for two years. It was used and I've had to replace the blower motor for the AC. The alternator. Not very cheap by the way. It runs good though. Has paddle shifter. Bluetooth option. Nice stock sound system. Overall a pretty decent car. Just expensive to fix things. But overall a nice car.

Love it girl the most part
Remote stopped working but other than that it's a great car. I would definitely buy another Acura in the future. I love the navigation feature on the car. Very easy to use and it's better than my phones directions. The back up camera is not great and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Very reliable car, comfortable to ride in even long distance
It is a great car. Very comfortable for long trips. A lot of storage room in the trunk. Haven't had too many problems with it. Just regular maintenance things.

Some pros of my vehicle are its sleek design and safe driving measures. I love how I feel stylish while driving this but also know that I am driving a reliable vehicle. The interior is well designed and comfortable and there is plenty of room to fit people in for a long road trip. The exterior design is modern and very appealing to look at.

I think that the vehicle is too low to the ground from my liking. I would much rather have a car that is higher up off the ground especially for my line of work. Also the car needs air put in the tires quite regularly.

Some cons of my vehicle include a faulty window and limited trunk space. Besides this, there are not flaws to this vehicle and I absolutely love it! I know this vehicle will last me a great amount of time and is very reliable.

Lots of buttons in the interior. The infotainment system is outdated and a bit clunky. Getting an Acura remote start installed is very expensive from the dealer and original tech. Much cheaper to go with an aftermarket brand and newer tech.

How Reliable Is The 2009 Acura TL?

No only the basic oil change, break change, new battery after so many years. The basics. If you take care of it, I have noticed it is even more reliable.
