One of the major pros of the Audi Q5 is the fact that it is an SUV. This allows for a taller ride that seats 5 individuals. The car is spacious both for passengers and with regard to trunk space. Another major pro of the Audi Q5 is the fact that it has 4WD. This is important for driving in the winter and with various weather conditions. Finally, another pro of the Audi Q5 is the fact that Audi is a luxury brand and the Q5 is a luxury vehicle.
It is a Great drive. It is a car that feels very luxurious. It handles well in bad weather. The car is a good size for our family. We find it very comfortable for the long car trips we take once a month.
Great drive and comfortable, good size, great look. Expensive servicing and has become very common on the road. Would like more color options and inside features. Jumpy acceleration but goods pick up.
Very spacious, smooth drive, power steering wheel, 4 wheel drive, durable seats, sunglasses holder, easily adjustable mirrors, easily adjustable seats, Bluetooth connection, a lot of cargo space, durable roof rack.
The interior is top notch, luxury feel. The ride is pleasant and no hassles so far. I am getting good gas mileage and never have to worry about the weather. AWD is key for four seasons. I would buy again and you can trust Audi.
The reliability, I have had no major issue from this vehicle. It is a tdi, with diesel a little more than gasoline, I think everything balance out because I get 600+ miles per tank full. It has all of the features I need ( navigation, Bluetooth, USB ports, radio, moonroof, heated seats, and it still look nice.
Some of the major cons of the 2015 Audi Q5 are with regard to certain winter capabilities that are unavailable in the car. First, compared to newer models, the steering wheel is not heated, which can be annoying during winter months. Second, there is no remote start. Other car brands are able to start the car from a different area and allow the car to run and warm up without having to physically wait in the car. This is a convenient feature for winter months, but is unavailable in Audi cars, including the 2015 Q5.
The car is expensive to repair. It is also expensive to keep the maintenance up as scheduled. It does not have the same safety features as our Subaru either. Occasionally, we would like to have more trunk or space. Although, that need is not often enough to justify going to the next mode.
See the below our previous. Is it a common car on the street now. It is jumping with acceleration. It would be nice if I came in more colors on the inside and outside. Very expensive to fix or to service.
Since the car is quite large it uses a good amount of gas, and since it is a luxury car you usually need to go to a specific dealer for it which can get pretty expensive and kind of a hassle. The GPS in the car also is not the best but it does come in handy.
Tires can be expensive. I do not have all the latest safety tech. Audi can be expensive if you need to have work done on your car. If all wheel drive, not 4x4, you need to know when you have snow which can lead to sliding if it is to high.
Navigating the navigation system with the turn knob takes a lot longer than necessary. USB ports are in the arm rest, would be better on the dash. Rear door access door is to low for people over 6 feet I keep bumping my head. Spare tire, could be easier to store when deflated it does not fit back into storage compartment.
The 2015 Audi Q5 has an average owner rating of 4.67 out of 5 which ranks it #2 of 17 other Luxury Compact SUVs.
