A great value and a car you'll love to drive.
I like the looks, small size and easy maneuverability of my car and I think it was a good value. I also liked the free maintenance feature. Although it is a coupe and it is not very easy for a larger person to get into the back seat, once you get in there is actually quite a bit of room back there. My passengers are always pleasantly surprised at this.

The BMW 135i - a tribute to its roots.
I was skeptical of taking on another BMW in my life,, but I am glad I did. My 135i e88 convertible is a great car to drive. Very roomy inside, yet not a tiny car like most sporty convertibles. I have not had any engine problems. I do maintain the car religiously. Oil changes are a must. Check the transmission pan for leaks. It is not a serviceable item, and must be replaced. I really like this classic looking BMW,, and would recommend the 135i package it to anyone looking for a sporty, fun car to drive.

How safe it is. It reacts quickly in situations
I love how reliable and safe my car is. For all the time I've had it the only complaint I have is that I have had issues with my engine coils breaking

Fun to drive with plenty of power.
The 2011 BMW 128i rides nice and has plenty of power. I haven't had any mechanical issues with this car. It gets about 25-30 mpg on the highway. I love driving this car. It is perfect for commuting around a busy city and back and forth to work. For a small car and me being 6ft, it is very roomy and comfortable.

That's it's hella fast and they should get out of my way
I like the power and luxury of the car. It has all the luxuries of a bmw with an inline 6 turbocharged engine that produces 300hp.

Fast convertible that is great your cruising!
My BMW is fast! Drives amazing. The steering is tight and handles curves great! It is wonderful for cruising down the highway with the top down. Although it is a smaller car my husband who is 6ft loves driving it too! We will definitely stick with a BMW from now on.

Very good car, but limited space if you're tall. Worth it if you have money.
It has very good horsepower. Decent on gas and it does not break down as long as you keep it up to date. If something is wrong it will be very expensive tho. Very comfortable would suggest for 2 people especially if you are tall. Has GPS Bluetooth pairing and aux cord. Overall a very solid car.

It is very powerful and efficient.
Cons: tiny back seats, interior elements not up to standard, options quickly drive up price. Pros: powerful and efficient engines, sports car performance with coupe practicality, precise handling, high-quality interiors, convertible's sun-reflective leather.

Small and fun but older car lacking new features.
My vehicle is older and does not have a lot of features that newer cars have. It would be nice to have an interface screen for the media/radio and a back up camera. Otherwise, it does not have any performance issues or reliability issues that I have dealt with other than general maintenance.

BMW: The Best Reliable Car Out There
It's a great small compact car. I haven't had any real problems with it. Sometimes I get annoyed just because it's small and there's no room for others. Mechanical wise it's great, I did go on vacation for a bit the battery died on me and I had to replace it. But other than that it runs great. BMW is a bit more expensive car, but it does the job and it's reliable.

Fun car but expensive maintenance.
I love my car. It is a convertible, comfortable and a fun drive. The issues I have revolve around the cost of maintenance. Since the car is 9 years old I have had to change a lot of expensive parts such as the water pump, filters, etc. The parts are of excellent quality which makes it a very reliable car. Right now I have issues with the ac. It does not cool. So there's always an issue it seems. But nothing major.

Very safe car and would recommend.
I love everything about my car. For example the seats are very comfortable and it's a very safe car. I have not gotten into an accident yet but my friend did with this car and was safe. It was pretty amazing. I would recommend this car to anyone that wants to be safe.

Pros from Owners

It is fast. It is handles like a go kart. It has over boost. It has 2 doors instead of 4. It is compact. It is simple. It is a manual transmission. It takes sport tires. It is turbocharged. It has leather seats. The seats have bolstering. The steering wheel is weighted and it feels tight. The horn is masculine and not dinky. It has two turbochargers instead of 1. It has a sweet sounding inline 6 cylinder engine which you do not see nowadays. It is real wheel drive and has a limited slip differential. It is a BMW. It has a body kit. It has cool lights front and rear. It is not a hatchback. It looks cool. It has flared fenders. It has an aggressive exhaust note. It has quad exhaust tips. It is rigid and feels stable and glued to the ground as if it is riding on rails. It has good build quality. It has a satellite navigation system. It has a tachometer that you can watch rev to red line. You can rev up the engine to red line while the clutch is engaged while it is in neutral and while the clutch is disengaged while the car is rolling down the road. It has a form follows function German engineering/design element and language. The kidney grills look cool and are iconic.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Davoud R.

The parts wear out faster than I expected. I mean my cheap Volkswagen cars that I had before the BMW never had an issue with the gear shift knob wearing out in terms of the plastic where you place your hands on the knob. Yeah, just bad plastic parts. I mean if they were good plastic parts then it would be okay. Or some other material that withstood the test of time. I wish it was easier to repair without losing functionality or the coolness factor. Like I wish the engineers designed it so that the average person could repair it or so that mechanics wouldn't have such a hard time repairing it. I wish the parts weren't so expensive. The parts are kind of flimsy. I mean you really have to be careful with this car. It takes a delicate touch. I wish the paint was tougher and didn't get scratched so easily. I wish it was lighter. I wish it got better gas mileage and was not so high maintenance without losing its appeal.
