It runs very smoothly and driving my car is genuinely fun.

My vehicle is very reliable and usually does not let me down. Once in a while I will have to get it repaired but other than that I highly recommend it.

My BMW x1 is the lemans blue with the sport package. Its sleek and very sporty.

My BMW x1 has been a blessing to my little family. The trunk space allows you to carry 1 large luggage, dog crate and 2 large bags. Its fast and is very receptive. It can fit into smaller spaces and can zip through traffic. The interior needs more comfort but it does snug the road. The performance level can get you merging into traffic with ease.

New vehicles and I like my cars.

I need brakes and engine oil for the 3 vehicles and I also need other tires for the three vehicles. And I also need other covers for seats because the ones I have are very ugly and I do not like them and also new parts of the engine and valves and many other things that have failed.

Maintenance is expensive.

I have had zero issues with my car! It drives amazing, fast acceleration and long haul. The only thing that I wish it had was satellite radio.

Great all round car, family friendly with a zip.

Stores like an SUV and drives/parks like a car. Great family car, stores a lot in the trunk. Our car is silver with black interior and has maintained finishes over 6 years of ownership. Have rarely had any challenges with this car outside of normal services like oil changes, tires and battery.

Performance and enjoyment.

I love my car its smooth when driving, it's great in the winter not once did I get stuck because of the rear wheel drive. The sports mode is amazing too. We have a long sunroof and its great my children love that as well overall I would buy another without a doubt.

Nice car but far too small.

The car is very small and it is difficult for tall people to get in and out of the car plus if there’s four people in the car you cannot push the front seats back. A larger model or if it is a single person. For me and my son when he was a toddler but we already have problems when he’s age 7 and we have another passenger in the car in front seat.

X-Drive unreliable

X1 2.0 X-drive - honestly the worst BMW I have owned.Whilst it is comfortable and powerful, the x-drive is a disaster. For a while now I have noticed a jerkiness on acceleration which has got progressively worse - turns out it needs a new transfer box at a cost of £3K plus fitting. Only 70,00 miles - avoid the x-drive at all costs.

Expensive to maintain. Maintenance for routine items costs a lot of money and lots of items are excluded from the warranty.

I like the looks of it. I like the performance. I don't like how expensive the maintenance is.

My thoughts on the BMW x1.

I like the car a lot it is just too small for our needs. We have two car seats in the rear row and it is very tight. Also the trunk space is small. There’s also this annoying feature that turns the car off when you stop and you have to press a button every time you start the car to turn the feature off. If I didn't have kids I'd really like this car. It is just too small.

All wheel drive drives smoothly like a dream machine.

BMW x1 is an all wheel drive, love driving this car, very low maintenance,, it has eco drive option. Also sunroof. The trunk space is very spacious. The car is fitted with rear camera and parking assistance. Bluetooth options works very well with android phones, also the navigation. And radio and music system.

It is a great size, good mixture or sport and comfort, ok on gas. The appearance is also a plus because it is charming yet sporty. The interior is very good, the features are awesome, and the ride is smooth.

The car is great on gas. It also handles great and is very comfortable to drive. The inside is spacious and has plenty of cargo space. I really like that the back seats flat. It is also nice that they are a 20/40/60 split to fold down.

Well, it is a BMW. So the problem is when there are issues, so far not many but still, it will cost a lot. It is not easy taking care of a BMW, but little by little it is ok. It is also missing a few features for a vehicle in this category.

It is a BMW so it is costly to do any maintenance ($200 for an oil change). It also does not come with a spare tire so that is a little nerve wracking on long trips. I also wish I had sprung for the upgraded stereo.
