The space and field of view of this car are relatively
The space and field of view of this car are relatively small, and the comfort and the feeling of the car at the same price are quite satisfactory.

BMW x1- self parking capabilities.
Super reliable. I have 2 years left of a full warranty. I have heated seats and a steering wheel and self parking capabilities. I also have GPS and a double moon roof. At night, the lights turn as you turn the car to help with visibility. It has a very smooth drive and very comfortable seats with multiple ways to position it.

The power that the car has. How nice the interior of the car is.
Cup holders are too small and not enough of them. Blind spot in the car.

High maintenance cost and it depreciates more than one expects
Great car. But it 8s slightly expensive to maintain.

Why are bmw’s unreliable?
I love my car lot. It is very quality fuel. Its give me enough comfort. It is really a good invention. I refer others to buy this car. There is one mark against their reputation that they just cannot shake off; their reliability. This can come at a cost to reliability.

Well performing, and many newer features.
I love this car it has around 230 horsepower. With my experience so far I have not had really any issues. I also love the fact that the headlights are led and make seeing at night a lot easier. It also comes with rain sensing windshield wipers... Although I usually just turn them on.

Great experience with my x1. . .
The one issues I have experienced is that the a/c get a weird smell, I went to the dealer and they told they cannot fix it as it is related to humidity and it is because we are in fl. The second issue it is been the tires, as the original brand that the vehicle comes with are run flats that are not repairable and I had to change them for one of the same kind but that are repairable as the original ones are very expensive. Other than that, I am very happy with the vehicle. It drives nicely and it is comfortable inside.

A car for anyone looking for something reliable.
It runs pretty well. I haven't had to get it serviced as often as I previously had to with my previous vehicle. I have run into specific mishaps such problems with my shifter, but nothing major. After having it for a few years now the performance of the vehicle has held up well from when I first purchased it.

Great car for BMW, bad price.
The car is great in the sense it drives like a sedan but has the comfort of an SUV. For a luxury vehicle I do think it lacks technology features that a luxury car should have. Car devalues quickly which to me was a big red flag, for the money get an x3.

I think it's a cute looking SUV but the functionality is not as good Lexus NX
Small smart screen, glitchy at times- locking and locking is glitchy. Seatbelt alarm goes off when seat belt is on. It drives well on the highway. Like the gas mileage. Feels very small inside: wish it was larger. Seats could be more comfortable. Needs more jacks for phone charging

It is fun to drive but a the price point there I expected more.
Very safe with great pick up and drivability. Tailgate sensor does not allow you to be hands free as advertised.

BMW: the good and the bad.
It died on me on the highway and it was reading that there was gas in the car but the sensor was defective so there was only 1 gallon. The cup holders are in an odd place and it only has one charging outlet. The drive itself is very smooth and fun.

Vehicle do not break in time. Making me press on the brake early.
It my daily driver and I use it everyday. It the best no complaints. The only issue I have is the vehicle do not break in time. Making me press on the brake early. One time the car broke down on me on highway. Vehicle do not break in time. Making me press on the brake early. One time the car broke down on me on highway.

Good but definitely could be better.
I really enjoy my car. Good storage and enough room for y’all people. My only issue is that a 2017 vehicle should be standard equipped with lane departure warning and blind spot monitoring. Most lower level cars have this as a standard offering. Also, the engine is very noisy when the air conditioning is running. Other than that, I really love my car.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Steph C.

Powerful engine with great pick up, good size that is not difficult to parallel park in tight spaces, lots of great features for convenience including power folding mirrors, heated seats and wheel, ability to open trunk with your foot, etc. Solid, quality car with many perks.

likeFilled Earl H.

You have the convenience of owning a utility vehicle that drives like a sports car. BMW is known for the 'ultimate driving experience' so the features of the model resemble that of a sports car. It comfortably seats 4 and the back seat folds down to provide space for ample cargo.

likeFilled Georgia S.

The pros are great comfort and easy drives. It is amazing how well it behaves in rough condition with still an amazing look. The car is strong and always ready for a new ride. It is very space full and very comfortable to be in.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Steph C.

Technologically behind - no touch screens and computer hard to use with scroll wheel, car should sit higher for being a SUV, inability to turn off very loud beeping for proximity alarm (while parking, camera is enough, beeping should be made optional), front passenger space is rather small and tight for people taller than 6ft with seat all the way back, maintenance is rather expensive.

dislikeFilled Earl H.

I am 5'7 so the car accommodates a driver of my size. A household member of mine is 6'3 and finds the inside space a little cramped. For anyone driving the car as their primary vehicle I would recommend they scale up to the X3 or larger vehicle.

dislikeFilled Georgia S.

The only cons are that the chair is loud and not peaceful. It requires some strength to use it. The seats are kind of uncomfortable but with extra protection that you can get for a small amount of money, makes a huge difference that is very much recommend.
