Comfortable ride, solid vehicle. Great warranty: 5 year, 50000 mile warranty. I like the amenities and features of the car - good sound system, trim of the interior is nice. Vehicle has a lot of power.
Pros are it is an overall smooth riding vehicle, it has heated seats, I feel very safe in it, it is a little outdated so my mom got something done to it, I like that it has settings for the headlights instead of having the really bright led lights, it has a decent amount trunk space and built in cover, it also has built in window shades for the backseat windows, adjustable settings for heat and air on the vent, it is a pretty cozy car.
Expensive to repair. Many of the features that used to be limited to BMWs can now be found on basic American cars with a small upgrade. Value for the car is not that great... Expensive but not as well made as before.
Cons are that the breaks are iffy on that car, it does not have super bright led headlights, the beating turn on and off, there is no Bluetooth in the original model of the car, it does not have USB ports only ports for regular car chargers, the window and door on the passenger side does not work the cannot open, the window will not go up or down, this is actually the second x5 where I have had a problem with the window falling down and being overall no functional.
