A smooth ride in a luxury feeling car that's convenient on gas and roomy.

2003 Buick Century Custom

The car itself has been very reliable. I have had ro do regular maintenance and very little repair so far. It looks like with 90000 miles on it the time has come to replace an oil gasket on the engine. Other than that very little maintenance. I have noticed that the adhesive glue they use on the trim inside of the car and a little bit on the fabric is starting to fail but nothing some spray adhesive won't fix. All in all I am fairly satisfied with this vehicle for the amount paid.

2003 Buick Century Review and the problems I have encountered.

2003 Buick Century Custom

A Buick Century runs well. I have only encountered problems with the fuel pump as well as typical maintenance, oil changes and spark plugs, spark plug wires and coil packs. My Buick was wrecked but it was almost like a tank. We were going over 70 Mph and hit a car that was at a dead stop and nothing broke and the car didn't drive differently. The only thing that happened was the hood and bumper got a little disfigured.

Great first car, but you will need to look out for a few things.

2003 Buick Century Custom

I have owned my 2003 Buick century for about 3 years now. It was my first car and still is the car I use till this day. It is a reliable car 4/5. There are some things that go out on it. Fuel pump has been replaced once intake manifold once transmission. And other small stuff. But it is still a really good car, it has over 140,000 miles on it but still runs smoothly. Would recommend for a good first car!

Buick is a great type of car.

2003 Buick Century Custom

I love the reliability of my car. It is very comfortable and it fits everyone in our family comfortably inside. It's very good on gas. The electric is seeming to go. The knob to turn on the lights is very touchy. Dash lights don't work. Motor in back window died and is very expensive to fix. Overall it is a great car and has been such a blessing. I hope it continues to be for many years.

2003 Buick Century - Custom

2003 Buick Century Custom

My 2003 Buick Century is a reliable car. I've driven it well over 200,000 miles with relatively few problems. It's not much to look at, but it's certainly reliable. My main problem with the car has been gas mileage. As this car has aged, it has become a real gas guzzler. This car isn't great on gas to begin with, so it's gotten increasingly more expensive to fill up.

Weird electrical issues but seem to last even with abuse.

2003 Buick Century Custom

I have owned a few bucks over the years. They all seem to have some weird electrical issue sure. Most of my windows typically have to be replaced with new motor and whatnot they seem to break often. I know they do seem to last a while even if not treated well I have definitely abuse the cars over the years and they do seem to last.

A interesting detail is that the cars heat and air works like a charm.

2003 Buick Century Custom

Haven't had any problems with this car it is a beast of a machine. It is reliable, heat and air conditioning works good. I had gotten into a car accident last year and the damage wasn't even bad it was just the hood was smashed. I would say the safety of the car also is excellent. I would recommend this car to anyone young or old.

Tan, comfortable, reliable.

2003 Buick Century Custom

My vehicle is comfortable and reliable. It gets me from point a to point b. I purchased this car in high school and I plan to drive it as long as I can. It is tan and has many settings on the inside. I just recently replaced and updated the speakers and stereo. It may be an old ugly car, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

- Skyler A

The best model of cars is the Buick. As long as you keep the oil changed .

2003 Buick Century Custom

My 03 Buick has 220,000 miles. I never changed the alternator, just the radiator. 4 battery changes, 5 sets of tires, it runs like a champ. The ride is smooth, socks are original, power windows all work. Buick is the best car ever made, the longevity of the motor the overall performance interior and exterior is bar to none.

- Richard L

It's a very comfortable ride so it would be great to take on long road trips.

2003 Buick Century Custom

My Buick is a wonderful car. It's very reliable and a very comfortable ride. It's a big body car and I like that BC if I were to be involved in a wreck the car would take most of the damage. I feel very safe in a bigger car like that. The only thing I can complain about is that it does use a little more gas than other cars

- Ashley D

There is none it gets me from a to b.

2003 Buick Century Custom

The car runs good for the most part it gets me where I need to go other than small Knicks here and there I have no problems other than the car running hot on an occasion but again it is an older car. The transmission needs a little maintenance. The inside needs work glove compartment no longer opens.

Granny car got some get up and go

2003 Buick Century Custom

My 2003 Buick century was a very decent vehicle. The previous owner didn't maintain the car but with a little bit of money and some work it ran better than most cars I've seen around my town. Good gas mileage and comfortable seating. The trunk has plenty of space and spare is easily accessible.

Buick Century - stylish and in command of the road.

2003 Buick Century Custom

The 2003 Buick Century is a solid, stylish sedan. Comfortable inside with room for 5-6 people. V6 engine; power windows and seats. Independent temperature control. Large trunk. Bucket seats; cassette/radio. Rear window electric defroster. Conservative with gas; handles well on the road.

- Adrian H

Very reliable. Great gas mileage.

2003 Buick Century Custom

Very good gas mileage, it has been very reliable. The maintenance on the vehicle has been relatively cheap. It can hold a decent amount of people with comfortable space. The trunk is massive and can hold a lot. The air conditioning unit still blasts cold air and heater works perfectly.

- Steven N

I like the car, it just has too many problems.

2003 Buick Century Custom

I really dislike my car now even though it has been pretty reliable for about 10 years, I dislike it because it has so many problems like the air conditioning doesn't work, all the windows are stuck in the up position, the car jerks like the transmission is just going to fall out.

- Jessica T

The vehicle has problems due to age parts are failing. Time for a new car.

2003 Buick Century Custom

The seats are very big and cushiony. The radio has a nice sound. The air conditioning is not cool anymore. The gas gauge does not read correctly anymore. You never know how much gas you have. The tires are worn pretty good and suspension is not good. The brakes need replaced.

- Teresa S

Buick century is a Underdog

2003 Buick Century Custom

It's fine it's smaller then I would want it to be. But it gets me to places without a problem. It however does take lots of gas fast. Also wouldn't want leather seats ever again, in the summer it's very hot. Although we have had no problem in the winter

- Amanda C

Reliable functional simple car

2003 Buick Century Custom

Typical older car problems but It's a reliable car for me to drive to work. Very comfortable and safe. Affordable for my single income. Rarely needs work or repairs. Quick inexpensive fixes I don't drive a lot of miles just from home to work and back
