The settings are very important to me
I love my vehicle, it fits my needs, and my family needs
accountCircle Baileigh W
For the money, you cannot find a SUV with the high end options that are actually standard in this vehicle.
I love the high end interior, the leather seats and wood grain. The inside is extremely spacious. The Sirius xm and onstar capabilities

Buick enclave - luxury at affordable price.
It drives smoothly. It has a very fresh, clean, premium look to it. The automatic controls and settings are top notch. It is Bluetooth capable, which is great for phone calls and streaming music. It is four wheel drive, which is a must during snow filled winter. There is a fabulous lighted, teal strip along the interior. It is a small, minor detail, but it is one of my absolute favorite things. It is like the icing on a cake, it just gives it an extra, luxurious touch.

Good dependable midsize SUV.
Large enough to haul things but nice looking . Handles well. Comfortable ride. There is room for 7 people if needed. Doesn't get very good gas mileage however. Has been reliable with few repairs needed. Would be nice to have usb port but too early a model for that.

My vehicle has a very good ride
I love the ride of my vehicle. It holds a good amount of cargo and 7 persons

Buick enclave is a good investment.
I love this vehicle because it is so nice and has ran great for years. It is a nice car and a very good investment, I love the interior of my Buick enclave and I love the sound quality of the radio I also love the customer service of the people who work for Buick and how nicely they treat their customers and how helpful they were when it comes to investing in a nice car. It shines, it is very roomy, and can fit as much as our pilot but with less bulk/boxy.
accountCircle Kerry S
Reliability & comfort. I love it.
Awesome. Especially if you are already a Buick lover. Could be a bit bigger in width. If it was I would then give it a perfect rating.
accountCircle Ryan D
I love how people are surprised at how spacious the inside of my vehicle is.
I love my Enclave! We purchased it brand new in 2013 and haven't had a single issue. I am the mom who refuses to buy a van and I believe this is the closest thing to a van without it actually being one. It is huge inside and having captain seats has made it so easy to get my kids in and out of the car. There’s lots of storage and multiple USB ports. More than anything, I love how safe I feel in my car.

Costly repairs
I have 2013 Enclave (premium package). I love the look and ride; however, the biggest issue I have is costly repairs. I only have 40K miles on it and the AC has already failed as well as leaks in the timing cover. Thankfully, I bought the extended warranty, so it covered the AC repair 6 months ago, but when I took it in for service yesterday, they now say I have a leak in the timing cover which will cost $2800. I find it interesting that it wasn’t detected when I had the major service check 6 months ago when my car was still under its extended warranty. I am so disappointed and am contemplating getting a new more reliable vechicle.

The captain seats are amazing if you have kids.
This car is comfortable and spacious, it has a lot of problems though. There were many recalls for this car. I love the Bluetooth and backup camera features. Perfect car for kids because it has captain seats. Performance and reliability not so good because of the recalls.
accountCircle Carrie D
Great car. Comfortable. Need the AWD model in winter.
I love the interior. . . And leather seats are very comfortable. Great sound system. Plenty of legroom. Easy to operate rear seats. Would not recommend driving the non AWD model in winter.

Enclave review: features, comfort, and reliability.
Seats are comfortable and it does what it needs to. Does not really have extra added features like Bluetooth or a sunroof or any cameras installed on the car. The interior is much better than the 2012 model. The quiet cabin is as advertised
We went from a 2009 Rav4 to the 2013 Buick Enclave. Lots of space, comfy ride (we've made a few trips up and down the coast with no complaints), and runs smoothly. It is a bit hard to see out the back, but the camera more than makes up for it. Definitely our favorite feature. Two issues with the Enclave: the first is the headrest. For whatever reason, my neck is never comfortable regardless on how I position it. Also, it does not lock into place so whenever someone climbs in the back and grabs it, the headrest gets knocked out of position. The second is the NAV system. Definitely a complete waste of money.

Technology in this car is a Plus!
Overall, I have really liked it, but it definitely has had issues. Let's talk about those first. Right after we bought it my front headlight went out, my battery died and I found the battery in the backseat under the children's floorboard but ONLY after watching YOUTube to find it. I couldn't find it in the manual. Water leaks into the air conditioner vents in my backseat when it rains or I wash my car. On the other hand, I LOVE the technology associated with this car. It has heating and cooling in the seats, Bluetooth, and dual sides, to name a few. It is comfortable and has great space for traveling.

Fits a family well. It has good storage and gets good gas mileage.
I really like my car but I feel like it could be better. It is a good value for the price. I wish the electronics were a little more user friendly.

Buick is not a great car. At first it was good, but after a year it is terrible.
My car doesn't have air conditioning or heat. The bottom of the rims are falling off. It was a good car when I first got it off of someone but now it is terrible and falling apart. I can't go over a certain speed otherwise it will shut off. The car has shut off in the middle of the road before.

Buick enclave 2013 - details.
Everything about my car has been pretty amazing! The first things I love about it, and the reason I bought it, is the size! It is very large, and has 3rd row seats! The interior and exterior have very great design, and are up to date, and she’s pretty quick too! Only problem we have had are some transmission issues which have been resolved by a transmission fluid change!

Silver Buick enclave with leather trim and weathertech floor mats. XM radio.
Vehicle has been great. Of course normal repairs from wear and tear of driving and age of my enclave. No major problems with over 160 thousand miles on my SUV. Very roomy for my family of six. Also great when carrying large items and can lay all the seats down as needed.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Tom B.

This has been a great vehicle and gives a great ride. Have not had any problems with this vehicle. It has a quiet ride. Rides smooth on the rough roads. We enjoy the heated seats and the leather has been great. This leather has been the best leather we have owned.

likeFilled Jessica R.

The pros about the Buick enclave is that is convenient if you have a family with kids. The gas is a saver as well. It is not too small not too big. It has a rearview camera to see how close you are to another car when backing up.

likeFilled Kara W.

The third row seating with bucket seats. So easy to get to the back. There is still a lot of room in trunk with third row up. Heated seats. Heated mirrors although took me a while to figure out if I had it on or not. Good leg room on driver side and in the bucket seats.

likeFilled Melinda V.

The pros are its spacious inside. It has a nice interior. It's good for a big family. It's good for road trips. Has space to put furniture. Also to put a lot of groceries. It looks luxurious. So it can compete with expensive cars.

likeFilled Jennifer P.

It is a very comfortable vehicle for family road trips. We have driven down to Florida from the Chicago area twice. Highway mileage is very convenient. As long as you upkeep and maintain this vehicle it will last you many years.

likeFilled Tom B.

It has a comfortable ride. It drives very good. It is the right size for our family. It has been very good with repair expenses. It has been very reliable. Even though we bought this with higher mileage, it has been very reliable.

likeFilled Sonya J.

I absolutely love my Buick enclave. It is extremely smooth on the road making for a very comfortable ride, whether it is just around town or a cross country trip. It has adequate seating for 7 passengers as well as luggage. The in seat video screens allow for back seat passengers to watch the same or different videos which decreases stress of travelling, particularly with cross country trips. Even with over 130,000 miles, this vehicle has given us virtually no mechanical issues whatsoever. I highly recommend a Buick enclave. The only downside would be the amount of gas it uses due to the size of the vehicle.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Tom B.

There is not enough storage and cup holders. Seems very crammed. Would have been nice to use some of the empty space with more storage. The design is comfortable but the storage is very inconvenient. No place to put kleenex.

dislikeFilled Jessica R.

The cons about the Buick enclave is the trunk it is really small not a lot of things fit in the back like a cube cooler would fit in the back. If you have kids it only has two seats in the front and they will be fighting to be in the front.

dislikeFilled Kara W.

With a car seat on the bucket seat behind the passenger there is not enough leg room in front passenger seat. Also we have a booster seat behind the driver seat and it is hard to buckle with the wider base (it is a Graco all in one). I think if the seat was a little wider or the seat belt came up a bit more it work be easier to buckle. Third row is a little tight for the older kids or adults. Cup holders do not fit larger water bottles or some of my coffee cups.

dislikeFilled Melinda V.

The take off is not fast. I should of also picked an all wheel drive. The car takes along time to speed up. It can be a too big for people. The carpet wears out fast. Also sensors pop of for no apparent reason.

dislikeFilled Jennifer P.

I do not have any cons at the moment. I have really enjoyed this vehicle. It has help up to my expectations. I am very pleased with this vehicle. I would highly recommend it as an amazing family vehicle.

dislikeFilled Tom B.

This vehicle does not enough cup holders. The radio Bluetooth is very cumbersome and some of the technology is not very user friendly. The gas mileage is ok but could be better. Not sure why you have to have synthetic oil used which is very expensive.

dislikeFilled Sonya J.

The Buick enclave really has no cons in my opinion except for the fact that it does use a good bit of gas being a larger vehicle. However, with gas prices these days, even that really is not much of a con and certainly wouldn't stop me from purchasing another one.

Is The 2013 Buick Enclave A Good Car?

Yes. It is spacious, has necessary items and tools like double air bags, navigation system, alarm, and comfortable seats.
Denisse C.
Yes, this is the second Buick enclave that I have owned. I like the style, dependability, and luxury of the vehicle.
Jennifer M.
Yes it has been a very good vehicle, solid performance, would like it to get better mileage, but it handles very well.
Tom B.

Yes! It drives great and always has. AWD included. Full leather interior. Low maintenance required and Buick brand is one of my favorites
Julie W.
I love this vehicle! This is my first smaller SUV and I could not be more pleased with the decision I made. It’s still roomy, I have all my options, and it saves me some money on gas and maintenance.
Miracle R.
Yes I would say so. It runs smooth. The inside looks nice inside. Spacious for the family. The gas in the car can be pricey. Take off is slow. HAD to replace brakes twice already.
Charles F.

How Reliable Is The 2013 Buick Enclave?

It is very reliable. Since we bought it in 2013, we have not experienced any problems, at all. We would recommend this vehicle to those interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
Denisse C.
Yes, currently no problems with my current enclave. My previous enclave had issues with the sunroof leaking. No sunroof in my current enclave, so I am good to go.
Jennifer M.
It has been very reliable and does not seem to have any problems except that some of the electronics do not always work.
Tom B.
No problems at all. I just have routine care and monthly cleaning inside and out. My car is white and it always looks clean. If it snows, I like to get the salt off. To prevent paint erosion.
CONNIE S.
Yes. Not really. I have maintained it well. Catalytic converters went out fairly early but the car hasn't needed any major repairs
Denise J.
I have had zero problems with my Buick. But I do keep it regularly serviced and maintained. It has been reliable and a perfect choice for downsizing to a smaller sub.
Lindsey C.
It has been reliable so far. It had a few repairs. One complaint is a light bulb cost $500 to replace. I think that's ridiculous
Ron S.

Is The 2013 Buick Enclave A Good Value?

I believe it cost $30,000, since we purchased it new. I believe it is a good value for a family or couple looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Denisse C.
I bought my enclave used, but the vehicle is not a cheap vehicle. New enclaves would probably run you 30,000 plus.
Jennifer M.
I think that this vehicle is a good value for the money. It is a little expensive but it is popular and seems to be reliable and safe.
Tom B.
I bought it in 2014 with a Chrysler trade in but do not remember the cost after trade in. It had 400 miles on it, so I got it as used with complete warranty.
CONNIE S.
Great value. Buick should be recognized as a very fine first class vehicle. I got a great deal from the dealership and I love the vehicle

It is an ok value costed around 25,000. For an SUV it's a decent deal. I'm not sure what else to say. I feel like I expressed my feelings on this issue.
