Always loved Cadillacs, the smooth drive the well designed aesthetics and the driving experience. The car needs very little maintenance and Cadillac service is always top of the line reliable. Even though the car is expensive it is worth the money. Car has great value and style.

Very comfortable upscale sedan.
I haven't really had any problems with the vehicle. I did have some confusion with how to operate the controls properly. My back tire is often low but the warning on dash lets me know. I have had good performance with the car - great pickup! It has been very reliable. I haven't had any issues. It is very comfortable. I have a bad back and it fits it well. I love my heated steering wheel and heated and air seats!!

This car does meet all of my needs! It is an excellent performer and also handles exceptionally well. The driver and passenger comfort are both exceptional. It is an excellent road car that also works well in a crowded urban environment. All things considered, a far better value that any of the european or asian competition.

NOT THE COMPANY IT USED TO BE
I have owned several Cadillacs but after my experience with Cadillac service at the manufacturing level and dealership level for 2018 CTS , I would NOT recommend purchasing Cadillac. For 1 1/2 years I have taken vehicle at least 5 times because of radio malfunction, drooping programmed stations or greying out stations, dropping phone calls, screen blanking out, programming changing so phone radio navigation interchanges without prompting, sometimes I have to pull over and turn off car and turn on to get the system to work again. Cadillac has done nothing but issue bulletins that the dealership reads to me saying they are working on a fix or they say it is a Sirius Satellite issue . They refuse to give a new radio. Dealer acknowledges that it is a problem that has occurred in a limited number of vehicles and that it is a problem. Cadillac is not the company that it used to be.

Beautiful car that is very comfortable and stylish.
Comfort and style is great, performance could be improved but not bad for a 4 cylinder. The rear differential needs to be replaced, the brakes locked up twice from a vacuum pump defect, the cue screen spider cracked and was replaced and the engine had an oil leak.

Cheap, but I do not think it is worth the cost.
It is overall a good car but it's had a number of problems over the year or so we've had it. Honestly, if you wanted to buy a sedan, I'd say go with something else unless you really have your heart set on getting specifically this car, the trouble is not worth it if there's gotta be something better out there.

Great performance, reliable, and very comfortable with advanced seating to adjust to my size. The vehicle is great on performance and gas for the best mileage and performance of the engine. The affordability is a good investment,
The power and performance are real good. The fuel is a boost also, 24-26 mpg. The sound system is a great element. Only issues is with the sunroof,got to wedge a piece of paper in to stop the noise. The overall handling of the car is great. It lets you know when you to close.

Comfort in style - looking good while feeling good.
I have had my vehicle for over a year and have only one problem. The air in one of my tires is low often and puts the warning light on. It has been reliable good in snow and ice. I love the heated and cooling seats and the heated steering wheel. It is very comfortable as I have a bad back.

If you like a good car this car is for you.
Need more turbo speed on the car. The car also need more seat space and needs to be more comfortable. Also need a bigger gas tank. But the software speaker and etc are all very great and on point. If you are going to update the software there will many bugs cause the software is still in beta mode. Overall very good car.

Good buy/lease. I would recommend it!
I have not had any problems with my new Cadillac cts. I do not drive to work so it is only driven for pleasure and/or trips. I get good gas mileage and I love all the safety features with this car. I especially love the car shuts the engine off while sitting at a light and then starts up again when you take the foot off the brake.

It's a Cadillac and it's American!
I have owned over 100 cars. Five have been Cadillacs. Most have been cars with excess power and handling capabilities. Now that I am older, I wanted the best of both worlds. Cadillac has improved on a tried and true platform in the CTS 3.6 L V6 RWD. Powerful, wonderful handling, respectable Gas Mileage all in a great looking sporty sedan. I love the car. Elegant Leather and wood interior. High quality Bose Sound System, Navigation. Beautiful Lines on the Exterior. Holds it's own against the German, Italian and the Asian Manufacturers without effort. What more needs to be said?

Solid Cadillac car with all the features you need.
I like the car and the mileage is good, I just wish it went a little faster when you press the gas. It is comfortable and it has a lot of good features. It is smooth to drive and I like the turn radius and the color is really nice also. I have no complaints beside wishing the car went faster when I pressed the gas.

Style & comfort at its best!
Luxurious, beautiful exterior and interior. Handles well and is a very comfortable ride. No major concerns at all. Spacious interior. It is a lot of car. The touch screen system is pretty sensitive but overall attractive and effective. I would recommend that anyone who appreciates style purchase this sedan.
