Great on gas and has been very reliable so far.
My Cadillac escalade is a great vehicle. So far, I have not had any problems with this vehicle. It is reliable, efficient and effective. I love that it is great on gas and it does not hurt that the interior is eye candy. Eventually, I would like to upgrade it to a newer year but in the meantime, I am happy that I made this purchase.

The TV for the kids is wonderful.
Love the three rows and that it has bucket seats for the second row. The extended truck is very large even if the third row is being used. Having the drop down TV is great for kids especially on long car trips. Smooth comfortable drive. I have had no mechanical issues. I would buy a Cadillac again.

Bought new in 2012 and still a great SUV. We have 130k miles and are just doing routine maintenance to keep the vehicle going another 130k. We did replace the shocks at 125k. Ouch. That was expensive but better than buying a new car. Hope to keep this SUV and hit 300k

If you travel a lot take in consideration the gas as it doesn't get good gas mileage.
I have only had one issue with my Cadillac Escalade. The windshield wiper fluid doesn't come out. I have yet to have problem looked at. But overall a very reliable vehicle. Very spacious and comfortable.

Great family car for those who do not wish to drive a minivan.
Super comfortable, smooth ride, reliable, very roomy for family and luxurious could get better gas mileage.

Best all around luxury vehicle.
No problems with this top of line vehicle, it has had no issues and is a great touring and vacation vehicle. It's perfect for driving in all weather conditions and it's easy to recognize as a luxury vehicle. It can tow just about anything and perfect for big campers. I would recommend this vehicle to all.

Cadillac escalade esv - the perfect 'mom car'.
I absolutely love the roominess that the escalade esv offers. Having three children means having lots of stuff. All of my kids belongings, along with groceries, strollers, diaper bags, etc.., fit in this car. I feel safe when I drive it, and like how we are higher than in a regular car. I definitely recommend this vehicle.

2012 escalade good but needs improvement.
Seating comfortable. Ride is not comfortable as previous years models. Beautiful looking car inside and out. Air conditioning throughout vehicle is great love that you have option of 4 or 6 seats. Ride in front is much smoother than middle and back seats. Love the heated seats when its cold.

Escalade opinion- overall review as an owner and honest opinion.
Small on the inside for a full size SUV. Problems with brakes continuously. Have to use premium gas, so very costly. Random electrical issues. Paint chips easily. When taken in for service, issues typically get masked and never really fixed. I would not opt for Cadillac again.

Great vehicle to own and have in your garage.
Great vehicle to have and drive around the country with. Not really too much I can say on the vehicle having problems and things of that nature it is great on the highways and great on gas mileage. It's one of the great vehicles that I have had. It starts right up every single morning. The vehicle purrs like a kitten. Everything you want and need in vehicle is right here in this beautiful Cadillac escalade.

Drives like a Cadillac...
Comfortable driving vehicle.. Very spacious.. Drives smooth.. No mechanical problems. The truck is a little costly to maintain.. Gas mileage is fair for a truck and engine of it is size... Would definitely recommend the truck for large size families...

Enough room for a family of 6.
What I like about my vehicle is that its big enough for a family of 6. Plus there's still enough room in the back for groceries or luggage. But we've had it for 8 years and since then there's been a lot of changes in SUVs and we hope to get a different vehicle soon.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Patrick B.

Great vehicle for gas purposes but the motor is not strong. You have to keep all of your maintenance on the vehicle up to date. Failure to do so could result in damages to your vehicle. The price of the vehicle wasn't too bad either.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Patrick B.

The vehicle will break down on you if your maintenance isn't up part. The vehicle carries two batteries, so you have to be careful with that situation once your battery dies it either be the hybrid batteries or the regular battery.
