Great SUV for family who do not want to give up to luxury.
Performance is great. Nice comfort and design and the mileage per gasoline is not bad either. My baby loves sitting in the back of the car and the trunk space is just enough for a foldable stroller and a couple of grocery bags. I would strongly recommend the make Cadillac and more specifically the model srx.

Drives well and is pretty reliable.
Luxury and its a Cadillac with lots of features. Its runs smooth and it rides smooth. It has lots of room.

All the comfort features are here.
My Cadillac SUV provides a smooth and comfortable ride. It has always been reliable. The reclining seats are helpful not only for rest during a long trip but also for reaching an item in the back. There’s plenty of storage room and it can handle heavy items you may need to transport.

Very good vehicle, sporty and luxurious at the same time.
Really like the drive of it, but the abs magnet ring break and cause the speed sensors to not be able to integrate all the wheels. Other than that I love it. The ride and handling is very good, and is real comfortable. Gas mileage is fair for an SUV. Overall opinion is very good, I would buy it again.

The safest and most reliable car.
I love the look of it and how safe it makes me feel. It is comfortable, reliable, and performs exceptionally well. I haven’t had any issues with it at all. It does cost a little more to fill it up with gas, but the performance and safety of the car makes it 100% worth it. I definitely see myself getting another Cadillac when I upgrade my car.

Cadillac family is one of a kind.
Beautiful, well built, great five year warranty on all parts and labor, including batteries, you get free oil changes for 5 years or 50, 000 miles. Love it, would only buy Cadillac. Dealership is wonderful, very friendly and really care about you as a friend, Cadillac family is a loyal club.

2011 Cadillac srx is reliable
Love this vehicle! Have had normal wear and tear and the usual maintenance. The AC doesn't blow as hard as I think it should and has to get the radiator replaced, which the technician said it was a little early for something like this to happen for my year. Besides that it's a great car.

Lights around door and floor boards when it is dark out. Whole car sunroof.
Not much leg room in second row when front row has tall people. The vents in the back do not provide enough air for backseat passengers especially if they are in rear facing car seat. Middle seat is not big enough for an adult and it really is only meant for a kid but kids need car seats so it is useless.

Worst car I've ever owned.
I can't tell if these reviews are fake or not but 10/10 would NOT recommend buying this car. Is it beautiful? Sure. But I've owned this car for a little under 2 years (102k miles) and have replaced the water pump, brakes twice, rear differential, the lady goes on... And now it's leaking oil. I only drive this car about 10k miles/year. 100% trash.

Cadillac srx 2011 complaints.
Floor board leaks, traction control always on, severe shaking at around 60 mph, mechanic cannot determine cause, locks keys inside the vehicle on its on. Overall I would not recommend. For a "luxury" vehicle we have had entirely too many problems out of this car.

Pretty car but that's All!
Love the looks of but had trouble just days after purchasing 2011 srx. It only had 60k miles but driver side headlight had condensation build up that caused expensive multi directional light to go out but under warranty so they fixed. The transmission went out around 90k and though we purchased additional warranty, it was considered ' wear and tear' and not covered. The touch screen with backup camera that comes up from dashboard when you start the car also stopped coming up so you can only see half of the screen now. I've had 2 wheel hub kits/assembly things replaced as well. The a/c also blows only hot air in the dead of summer. I haven't even had the car 3 years yet. I have the oil changed regularly and it is only me and my 11 year old who are ever in the car so it is well taken care of but has not been a good vehicle for me.

Very nice looking interior, too unreliable.
The look and feel of my Cadillac is like no other. It has all the fancy bells and whistles. The interior looks premium, the exterior looks slightly outdated but for a 2011 that is okay! I have a few main issues with this car though. First, the Bluetooth. The Bluetooth is for phone calls only. You cannot connect your phone for music which I find absurd. Instead I have to have another Bluetooth FM transmitter to listen to my music. Second, my car has had so many problems since I got it. The first summer, I drove it 400 miles from home and broke down because the engine overheated. The repair shop filled it with coolant and it was fine for a little while. Then the water pump blew and my car was overheating again. Then a connector on the water pump blew, again while I was out of town. Now I am afraid to drive my car outside of my hometown. Problems: water pump, overheating, unreliable. Performance: when I first got this car it had some get up and go! Now I am too afraid to try. Reliability: not at all. Comfort: super comfy! Lots of space. Features: mostly high end except Bluetooth.

Rides smooth looks nice, easy to clean,
Roof leaked, had problems with the fuel purge solenoid, no oil sign anywhere, you never know if your oil is low, the trunk wont open and no manual button to override the electric one, if the electric trunk opener does not work there is no way to open the trunk.

Srx, from a driver's perspective.
It is had many issues, and cost a lot in repairs. Those repairs done, 90% were not covered by warranty. Also, many sensors go bad. Also, the headlights are very dim, and the headlight lenses are very foggy. The best notes about it are, despite the headlights is that it is very stylish.

Cadillac is so overrated and not made good.
Repairs are very expensive, seats are uncomfortable on long trips. Breaks get hard when car sits in sun a while. Navigation cannot be updated. Back seats are uncomfortable.. It is load in my car when we are on Hwy. Oil change is a hundred dollars. Hate the carpets it is very cheap, and not secure.

Good car expensive to fix.
Great car, TVs in back seat, expensive to fix, very comfortable, good on gas, looks nice, rides well. Good for travel, the parts are expensive because it's a Cadillac. And taking it to the Cadillac dealership makes it more expensive. But love the vehicle and love driving it around town.

4dr drive leather inside, comfortable seats come down in order to put items.
Great vehicle do not have any issues with it mostly drives well. Its paint job is nice, it's very comfortable and it also basic but roomy 4dr drive. It's also good for travelling or loading different items in the back very big trunk area if you have luggage etc.

2011 Cadillac srx,AWD review.
At around 100,000 miles you will need timing chains replaced, because they tend to stretch. So when having this done, you might as well change the water pump, oil pump, and all the sensors too. Other than that a great automobile. Heated seats,XM radio, pwr seats. And windows, Bose speaker system.

Color is too hard to keep clean. The side window makes oncoming traffic hard to see. I have had trouble with tire wear. I love the comfort of the var when traveling. Has an easy ride and good space in the trunk.

It has almost 180,000 miles on it and still haven't had any major issues. Leather is still good. Engine is still good. Overall I cannot complain with the amount of miles that are on it. It is a good small SUV.

The srx is great on gas mileage, handles like a dream and is solidly built. No rattling when going over bumps. At 106,000 miles, a couple of issues have arisen. The main computer had to be replaced and stabilitrak had to be serviced. Other than that, I have had no issues with it.

The only con I have is the color of the car. Black is difficult to keep clean. The tires have had to be replaced two times in 7 years. The windows block viewing distance. I really love the car and do not have major cons. I will probably purchase again.

There is nothing I dislike about this beautiful, practical auto. I would truly find that I would buy this same car over and over again. I cannot find another car that I want besides the Cadillac. Maybe the back seat leg room needs to be larger.

The paint is starting to chip but it is older so that is to be expected. The gas mileage is not great. The back up camera has stopped working. The headlights are foggy. I really cannot think of anything else.

The main computer controls everything. Once it starts to go, the vehicle stalls and nothing works on the inside. Unable to even start the vehicle, roll down windows, lock or unlock doors, turn on hazards, etc. Even if the battery is still good, without the main computer, it cannot be tapped.

There have been a few mishaps here and there but overall it has been a reliable vehicle that I enjoy driving.

Overall, yes. My only complaint is the paint on the hatchback door is peeling and water leaked into the motor so it will not open. I fought that it should be a recall with no luck.
