We loved the touch screen navigation, heat, radio but it quit.

The navigation screen quit working. Otherwise rides nice and looks pretty. Heated and air conditioned seats. Very comfortable ride.

Great car! Drives smoothly and has many creature comforts. I love the rear-view camera and large sunroof. Having numerous charging stations is a big plus and helps connecting to the speakers when the Bluetooth is being fickle. Only complaint is that I have a really bad blind spot when making turns.

I have no problems with my SRX...it has been extremely reliable. Gets 20 plus mpg around town and about 24 on highway.

Cadillac srx is a beautiful ride.

The srx is very reliable. It is a very comfortable ride. It also has premium features. The gas mileage is ok for the size. The navigation system works good. It is now integrated with the OnStar system which can make the system pricey. If you want navigation, you have to have the upgraded OnStar package.

Luxury and beauty in a nice ride.

I love my car. It is quiet and comfortable. It has extremely controlled steering and rides so smoothly. It looks nice with leather I interior and an amazing Bose sound system. The night time interior lighting is so calming and fancy. It has a full sunroof that spans the front and backseat. Heated seats and steering wheel.

I love the performance of my car. I have had it for almost 3 years and nothing has ever gone wrong with it expect the touch screen, which was replaced.

I really like that it rides very nicely and has lots of added features. What I dislike the most is the section between the front windshield and side mirror. It is angled and very wide at the bottom. Sometimes it blocks your view when you are turning or blocks your ability to see another car coming down the road at an intersection,

My seatbelt and airbags failed when I was hit in my 2016 SRX with 22k miles. My shoulder harness retractor did not lock so I hit the steering wheel & dash breaking my shoulders, striking the windows causing permanent spinal injuries in addition to the shoulder injuries. That’s what $55k in safety features will get you from Cadillac.

Bad Headlights - An Accident in the Making

Bad headlight problem. I have to drive with the high-beams on in order to be seen and to see. It's so bad, when others get in the car early in the morning or at night they tell me to turn the lights on. I learned there was a potential class action suit for SRX's with the same problem. The company settled with select owners. However, I couldn't get the time of day even though the dealership acknowledged the problem as being the same. They stated more people in my area or with a vehicle that was manufactured in the same plant had to complain about it before anything would be considered.

Would not recommend at all. Many glitches.

It rides great although it is a little bit bumpy and about a year into the ownership the control panel that houses the screen stopped working. It would just not press anything and it was frozen and would glitch. I would not recommend this car. Especially for the price.

Brand name for a good price.

Very nice car especially considering it is brand name and wasn't too hard on my pockets. It is gas mileage is not great though and I had some problems with the touch screen in the middle console not working but that might be partially due to user error. Also drives very smooth but I wish it had a back up camera.

Interior space needs work.

I love the smoothness of the ride and the comfort of the interior. There are a few dislikes. The first is the lack of legroom in the back seat. There is only about 6 inches of space when my husband has the driver's seat where he likes it to drive. The second dislike is the console cup holders. They are too close together and cannot accommodate two drinks at once. We had to buy special cups to use in the console if both of us are in the car.

Pros and cons of cadillac srx

I don't have a replacement tire just a tire fill kit and the gas mileage stinks, but it's one of the safest vehicles as far as accidents go. Nice leather too

Is comfortable just in front.

The check engine light always comes up everything else is good. Has low miles around 34000. I don't like that is too small in the back. Its comfortable in front but not in the back. Trunk is also small not to big I was expecting a little bit better for luxury car.

I’m driving about 60 mph, come to a stop light, when I started driving again the dash light come on saying power reduced. I could not go but 55 mph for about 10 miles l slowed down to about 35 mph and than the motor cut completely off. Can anyone tell me the problem. No one at the dealer knows anything.

Pros and cons of the Cadillac.

I love the heated seats and steering wheel it is a smooth ride but hate the stop action because it turns off the car. I love the lights inside that are blue. I also like the smooth drive and the size of the vehicle. I like the way it notifies me when someone is next to me or behind me with the vibration.

My car is well made and reliable. At the time of purchase it was tech forward and perfect for a new family. It also is spacious for my long commutes and does well on gas mileage. It also comes standard with many amenities truly making it a luxury vehicle.

It has heated seats, and very comfortable. The fact that it can seat up to 5 people is perfect. One of the things I love about the car is that it has a full trunk for your luggage and places for chargers.

The vehicle is not out of date on its technology and is starting to get small for a family of four with two children under 5. The vehicle also shows issues of connecting to certain electronic devices not working through USB plugin or Bluetooth as promised. The sunroof also sometimes showcases issues to close fully.

The back seats do not have heated seats. I think it would be an even better car if all 5 places were heated. Having a separate heating and air system in the back would be perfect. Having a separate heating and air would cause for interruptions with the front seaters.

The car does not get great gas mileage, it averages about 20 mpg. On long distances it can get up to 24 mpg. Being a cautious driver, you can plan on a set of expensive tires every 14-18k miles. The ride is a little stiff on roads that are full of potholes.

I’d say around 35-40,000 depends on where and who you get it from. I feel like I was overcharged for mine but I can't help that now. If I were to sell it I wouldn't get but maybe 25,000 for it now.
