Why I love my Cadillac xts.
The ride is amazing it has a very good pick up. The engine is very reliable. The interior is very spacious and comfortable. I also like the special edition red paint that I have from Cadillac. The touch entertainment center is very good including the navigation system.

The leather interior is beautiful.
I love my vehicle but the only problem is, the touch screen seems to only work when it wants to. The vehicle is very comfortable and luxurious. My favorite feature would be the heated and cooled seats. I also love the lighting on the outside and inside.

Luxury on wheels with peanut butter heated seats.
We just bought our car a little more than a year ago and we absolutely love it! The gas mileage is amazing. The seats are too if the line and a peanut butter color. They are heated as well. There is plenty of room for our family which is a family of four. The black color is very sleek and looks too of the line. The parts to repair are a little expensive but it makes sense because it is a Cadillac after all. We would definitely buy another Cadillac in the future.

Beautiful car. Worth every penny.
This car is amazing. It rides really smooth. The interior is just as pretty as the exterior. The controls are a bit different than what I am used to, such as there being a button to open the glove box. Though it took no time to figure everything out. My favorite thing about the vehicle is the bass and music. No matter how loud the music is or how hard the bass is inside the car, you cannot hear it outside the car. Also the sunroof is wonderful.

My xts has all options except all wheel drive. The silver color looks like new.
I like the speed display on the windshield and all the other options like cooled / heated seats, window shades on rear and back seat, folding rear headrest, vibrating seat alarms for lane warnings, collision alerts, etc. The leather seats are great and actually the car still has the new car leather smell which I love.

Bluetooth capability, auto startup,
Cadillac are very comfortable for traveling over any other cars that not luxury. Great on mileage as well as on gasoline. Cadillac operates on regular gas. Bluetooth connection with your iPhone and other devices. They are very smooth riding and plenty of car spaces for riding other carriers. Trunks space is large for carrying a lot of luggage.

I really love the push start and Bluetooth features.
My vehicle has no issues. It is a perfect car. Smooth riding, clean interior. It also has many great features such as push start, sunroof, Bluetooth and you can talk on your phone through the speakers in the car. Leather seats, extra cup holders and CD player.

Comfort in driving and safety features.
I like the comfort it affords. I like the body style of the car. I like the fuel mileage that it gets.

Major problems With major systems
My elderly parents bought this car in early 2014, having previously owned three or four Cadillacs they loved. The car did well until it was out of warranty. The car did well until it was out of warranty. At 68,000 miles they have already had to replace the air conditioning and now something called Cadillac Q has gone out end of repair estimate is close to $2000. It involves the computer that runs some of the major systems, specifically the GPS and radio at this point. Having read some of the other reviews, we now fear the lights may become affected, and other major features such as brakes and locks could be affected as well.I consider this entire issue a safety problem which should be under a recall. I hope Cadillac will address this problem in the very near future. In the meantime, I drive an Infiniti with 166,000 miles that has given very little trouble, and an Acura with 68,000 miles. I may purchase my parents another make of car If we cannot get this resolved. We live in Montgomery Alabama, and classic Cadillac knows of the problem.

Be sure to check on-line issues/complaints before buying!!
I inherited my 2013 XTS from a relative who purchased a new Cadillac every 3 years with this one being the last one. I had purchased the last 3 from her when she purchased a new one. This vehicle has cost me a good bit in the last year! Cue Screen/Radio Control Assembly Replaced, rear suspension, bumper energy absorber, all before reaching mileage of 28,187. Also, rear window defrost strips have fallen/hanging down. Today, rear left turn signal went out. It’s been money, money, money! I’m grateful that I “inherited” this vehicle rather than purchased it. The ride is very smooth and the turn/parking of this vehicle is great but that is honestly all that I can say good about it except INHERITED!

Running Day Lights
I have a 2013 XTS and in the past 6 months have replaced the bulb to the running day light at least 4 times. . Anyone else having this issue?? Same light keeps going out... Last time it was changed it went out 3 days later. I'm so annoyed and don't know what to do at this point.

Beautiful car but major problems
I would not recommend this vehicle? This vehicle has bad suspension problems? I have changed the shocks and struts and the car still feel like it is bottoming out? I have already spent thousands of dollars on this car and it is still not right? Very unsatisfied customer???

Problems
I have a 2013 Caddy XTS Luxury that has less than 23,600 miles on it. I inherited the vehicle from my aunt in 2016. When she owned the car, within the first year, the battery had to be replaced. In the last 6-9 months, I have had to have the rear suspension replaced/worked on, then within a week of getting the vehicle back, I had to have the rear sensor (??? In the bumper) replaced, then the Infotainment system/screen had to be replaced. The cost was approximately $2,000.00+. I am now faced with the drivers side rear turn signal not working (estimated $1,000.00), the back-up camera now says “Service Rear Vision System”, and lastly, the rear glass with defrost/defog strips needs to be replaced due to strips hanging down

Bad Car
The first 40thousand miles good, soon after that, I have had electrical problems. The Cadillac Cue is froze up, hard start of Cue did not work, I can’t use navigation, no radio channels, nothing.Someone hit me from behind, airbags did not deploy. And I took my car to Cadillac for the recalls on air bags, they said all good. They did not deploy, now I have to have surgery. The trunk is open every morning, by its self. If had to do over would not of bought this car.

Nice car, but expensive maintenance.
The car rides really smooth and is a sharp looking car. I like all the sensors that goes off in your seat when you are getting close to other vehicles, crossing a line and showing in the mirrors your blind spots. There are issues with the infotronics system which is the display screen. The thing I dislike the most is that it is rear wheel drive which does not make it good for winter months if you live in snow or icy areas.

Bad Suspension on XTS
I own a 2013 Cadillac XTS Premium collection. I am a dedicated Cadillac Lover and owner, this is the 11th Cadillac that I have owned. This car, the XTS has been in and out the shop more than any of my previous Cadillac's. I am now experiencing suspension problems AGAIN. I am Really Really dissatisfied with this XTS and with Cadillac Corp. I see so many other XTS experiencing the same issues and why has Cadillac not acknowledged that this is an issue. There are other GM vehicles experiencing the same issues. I've owned this vehicle for 5 years and have had all these issues within 37,000 miles.......Wow! Very Unhappy with this car.

Very spacious. And huge trunk space.
I love Cadillac. Never thought I would ever own one. It is a very smooth ride. I have had it for a lil over 2 years and still get the wow factor when people see it. My only problem so far has been the electrical part of the car. My cue system went about 6 months ago.

Cadillac xts platinum edition very enjoyable to drive!
I really enjoy driving this vehicle! I have owned luxury vehicles in the past and this car performs and rides like any of those! The platinum package gives me all the needed bells and whistles, and nice lighting details throughout the cabin. The heated and cooled seats are nice as is the heads up display. Overall very nice car!
