Orange is to stand out but car is decent vehicle for my family.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

The fuel injector is going out and it is costly to repair BC there are 4 and no way to tell which is the bad one. The parts are expensive for any repairs needed even upkeep is expensive. It has no power compared to other vehicles I have driven. But it is reliable has so far last over a year for our family of 5 and has been through close to probably 70,000 miles if not more in that time. Having 3 young children the back seat is a tight squeeze for all the car seats. And due to me being so short it is difficult for me to get comfortable in it. The seats are hard leather and could be a bit softer for those long trips to visit family. But I do love the bass speaker in the back of the car we are a music family we love having loud music with loud bass and the system in the car is great for that. The radio even being an 07 could be a bit more high tech rather than a regular basic CD player/aux combo. But overall sound system is great.

The battery is in the trunk.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

My vehicle is amazing for the most part, it's great on gas and plenty of room for my family. The downside of it is the parts for my car is expensive, my power steering is out and it doesn't have a place to put power steering oil in it you have to replace the whole power steering motor, the door handles on the inside is very weak and breaks easy both of my front door handles on the inside are broken and it cost a butt load to get the kit to replace it. The air conditioner went out I have to replace the whole compressor which that part alone is very expensive plus the labor work.

Great reliable car for everyday. Roomy inside but drives like a sedan.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

The engine is reliable and even when little things go wrong it keeps going. Small things keep going wrong with the body. For example the interior door handles are cheap plastic and all 4 broke off at one point or another and had to be replaced. If you do not mind constant maintenance for small annoyances it is a very reliable car. The cargo space is great for camping or sports equipment lots of room inside for a handful of boys and all their stuff!

Very spacious. Great for a family of 3.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

We had an issue with the muffler system a few months back and with the radio the radio kept shutting on and off for no reason, but besides that the car is very comfy. It does great on long rides. Love the comfy chairs and it a spacious car. Also I feel it could use a better heating system due to the fact I live in upstate NY and the winters here are pretty bad and our heater just takes way too long to warm the vehicle up.

This car is the roomiest of cars!

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

I have absolutely fallen in love with this car. I wasn't so sure about it at first as I was used to driving a minivan and it seemed so much smaller. The longer I had it the more room it seemed to have. I now wonder why I thought it didn't have much room to begin with. It also has never let me down in performance. Always drives nice gets decent gas mileage compared to the minivan as well. I just love this car!

Chevrolet HHR great fuel economy and room for a family of 4.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

My car is very reliable and provides for all of the transportation needs that I currently have. I purchased my car because it had very good fuel economy and gas prices were increasing at the time. The HHR was smaller in size than my previous vehicle, but worked fine for a family of 4. When the fifth member of my family was born, the small nature of the car definitely provided more challenges.

Heavily used, slightly abused, holds up to rugged demand. Love my HHR

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

This car has been used hard by my family. It has been reliable every mile. Purchased in 2006 and still original miles. Pushing close to 150,000 miles. The few issues arising with it are drivetrain and engine; due to lack of finances to repair we are sadly stuck without. I would purchase a new one if I could. I don't think anyone purchasing this model will be disappointed.

Benefits of a SUV but move roomier!

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

My HHR is a comfortable car for driving in the city and long distances. I get great gas mileage and regular maintenance doesn't cost me an enormous amount because it's American made. I also like the feature of having the open cargo space, which comes in handy when you have kids. Easy and safe access if they need to retrieve something without having to get out of the car.

Car with good styling and ride

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

I really like the styling inside and out. I bought it used with over 200,000 miles on it and has 1 dash light but it is for emissions. It has a smooth ride. The turn signal indicator has to be held down or manually released but it works. The window motor in one of rear windows burnt out and is stuck open/down. Overall I really like it.

- Dawn S

I like that it sits up off the ground for easy access to get in and out of it.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

It's really good on gas, runs and drives great, but the manufacturers didn't put the windshield back at a slant enough so you could see the traffic signals, you have to bend down to see them, also the temperature control module only worked for 1-week after I had it replaced, so the air conditioning doesn't work due to this glitch.

Great mid size car! With amazing room!

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

I really like my HHR. The car gets good gas mileage and is able to carry a lot of stuff when you need to move. I'm hoping I can find a SUV that acts like it. I like that it has a sunroof. The only problem is that inside is a lot of plastic and the door handles break easily. I've has to replace two of them already.

- Ashley N

It is really small so it works well in small spaces.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

The car has many blind spots so sometimes driving can get a little frustrating when you can't see. The car also is very bad in the rain and snow. It skids in the rain even if there is just a little bit of water in the road. In the snow the car swerves and can be very scary to drive.

Minor mechanical issues, nothing bad.

2007 Chevrolet HHR LS

The right headlight likes to burn out and we're having problems with the right front control-arm, but it is an otherwise solid vehicle. Gas mileage is decent and you are provided with a percentage point of expected oil life. Overall a decent car to own.
