Comfortable and classy Chevy Impala.
I haven't had any issues with the car. I have owned the car for almost 2 years now and have only taken it in to the mechanic for an oil change. It gets great gas mileage. I have taken it from Iowa to New Brunswick, Canada and returned it without any issues coming up. Very reliable! The seats are made of cloth which can make cleaning a little difficult, but I prefer cloth over leather regardless. It is a great vehicle to take on road trips! Plenty of room in the trunk and a reliable motor to get you farther than you could in other vehicles. It sits a little low to the ground, which means you have to be careful in certain areas, but it is a smooth ride! My friends and family have commented on the comfort and accessibility in the car, all positive comments! The defrost on the back windshield works perfectly and very efficiently. The car that I have has a remote start which helps a ton in the winter season. Heating and air conditioning work perfectly, and I have never had any problems with either. Space wise, the Impala is a great vehicle for a small family or for about 4 adults to comfortably share. I love the fact that the trunk has room for an extra tire and is concealed with a tarp like cloth so that I can fit more into the trunk of the car!
It is comfortable & gets decent mileage per gallon.
My Chevy Impala may be old but has low mileage as I 'm 2nd owner & 1st hardly drove car except to do errands in our small town & her husband was controlling & did any real driving that needed to be done using his Chevy. Also he was friends with owner of the dealership & therefore cars were well maintained while they owned Impala, other than it wouldn't pass smog at time of sale because she never went anywhere where she could "open it up" & clear out the system. I took about a month of driving on freeway & open highway to get it to pass. I then took it to my mechanic (out of town) & had him go thru whole car & replace anything that he felt needed it as I am disabled & cannot afford to have car breakdown anywhere. It is a comfortable car to drive & I have a bad back from a car accident & years of nursing. There is good visibility & that is an issue of importance to me because it is hard for me to turn my head much do to back & neck injuries. It is a 4 door sedan with a spacious trunk & backseat is spacious & part of it opens down into trunk so you can get a lot into vehicle.
My very dependable vehicle.
Gets good gas mileage. Large enough to hold all my grandchildren. My car is very dependable to get me to the valley for doctor appts etc. The trunk is also very large and can hold a lot of stuff, making this a good traveling car. I get regular oil changes and have only had a couple of things that needed a mechanic's attention luckily. I feel this is a very comfortable car to travel in and would have no problem if I had to drive it to California and back, which I have not done in a long while.
Very dependable family car
I love this car because it has lots of room, it's a good family car. It rides very smooth, the seats are really comfortable to ride in especially for long trips. The performance of the impala is all around great. It has been an extremely dependable car. I have never broke down in it in the last 10 years I have been driving it. The only problem I've had with it is about 5 months ago the transmission started slipping, it still gets me around but before long will need a new transmission.
Better new with low mileage.
My vehicle has shown issues with exhaust, locking ignition, struts and shocks issues. When researching fixes for said items, I have found that these particular issues are very common with my specific make and model. In my experience, Chevy sedan models tend to have functional errors like these. My experience is based on the current ownership of my vehicle and past vehicles that I have owned. However, each experience I have had has been with a higher mileage car, not a new purchase.
Overall the vehicle is alright when your not having to sink money into it.
The vehicle has electrical issues and has since the day I bought it, the radiator started leaking, the vehicle is currently parked and unable to be started or driven because the bcm went out and after replacing it the vehicle decided it was going to enter into security mode and I can not fix it because the ignition lock is faulty and Chevrolet refuses to fix the problem because this is the second ignition lock that has went bad in the vehicle.
This car is sturdy. I feel safe when driving it and when I was rear-ended I didn't take any damage and other than some scrapings of the paint on the bumper the car handled it well as well.
I like that it is sturdy. And since it is my first car I have a lot of positive feels for it. I like that it can fit at several people in because I can give people a ride. I dislike that it is a larger car and that it is heavy. The gas mileage leaves much to be desired. The car looks like a car for someone older than I am as well. It doesn't fit my vibe. I'd rather have a smaller more compact vehicle that looked a little more modern.
My new to me but used 2004 Impala.
I just bought my used Impala about a month ago. I like it. It is a nice car but I can say it is plain. There's no special features or extras. And after driving a Buick leasable for years it definitely does not stand out. The 3. 4 v6 motor does not have the power the 3800 motor has. And the transmission does not shift like my Buick. It will probably be the first thing to go out. It does ride nice though. Just is not a "stand out" car.
Chevy Impala are great cars.
I have a very good car. Get me where I am going with no problems. I love almost everything about my car. I especially love the color of it which is burgundy. I am not so in love with the interior color, which is light brown. My car gives me great performance. gives me good mileage per gallon. Giving its 2018 and the car was manufactured in 2004, its still has great performance and in good condition.
Great car with minor problems.
The problems with the car are mostly minor like need a new radiator cap, gas meter does not accurately tell you how much gas is in car and need a new gas cap. The major problem is car sounds like an airplane when accelerating. Overall without the previous started problems it performs exceedingly well, is comfortable and is reliable to get you from point A to point B without concern.
Impala driver explaining how about the 04 impala. The ups and a couple downs!
It is been a very good reliable car accept it started to get rust and a couple other cars like mine I noticed got rust marks right where mine are! Otherwise my car has lasted me along time I but now I am starting to have a bigger family with my son and daughter so I need something bigger. I mean impalas are nice but the two car seats in the back it is just two crowded.
My car is a beautiful blue colored car.
Actually the only thing wrong is just both of the left and right side mirrors gone. Everything else of the car its in very good shape. And it takes me where I need to be and go when coming down to handling business for myself and my kids use. I have this car actually for me to do for myself and a way to get around as a mother to get what I need in life as a good purpose.
This is a good car when you are looking for a good sized vehicle for children.
None. Great vehicle. I have only replaced spark plugs, and windshield wipers. I love my car because it has been more than reliable. I have had my car for 2 years and never had any problems. As long as you get your oil changed and keep a check on fluids like antifreeze and transmission, you should have minimal problems. Take care of your car and it will take care of you.
Has sunroof and radio can be controlled from steering wheel.
Its a 4 door has great air conditioner and heat. Gets pretty good gas mileage. It has heated seats and sometimes the driver seat doesn't heat up. Just recently had a tire put on it. Just wish it got better gas mileage. Have had problems in the past with it running hot but got that fixed. It has 6 seatbelts. It doesn't have child safety locks on the back doors.
Vehicle handing is smooth and drives like a dream.
For the most part my Chevy Impala has been a great car. The driving and handling is smooth and easy. It is a very spacious car for the driver and passengers. The only problem I have had with it has been the transmission. It went out on me at about 150, 000 miles and I had to get it replaced. Other than that it is a nice vehicle with great gas mileage.
Chevy Impala: a simple man’s car.
My car is very reliable. I got it used from a dealership with about 90, 000 miles on it, and it is in great condition. I have no real complaints about my car, it gets the job done and it does it just fine. It is comfortable, gets decent gas mileage in the city and highway, and has a decent size gas tank. Just an all around simple car.
First experience with a Chevy impala.
I bought this vehicle from an older couple once I wrecked my previous vehicle. There were no problems when I first purchased it. Frequent oil changes and making sure everything is okay is keeping it on the road thus far. Even though there are newer models out, if you happen to purchase this car, hope it is everything needed and more.
The shortcomings of the Chevrolet Impala
The Chevrolet Impala is pretty good in the city having pretty decent mileage but on the road it is a very rough ride, the only time that you get a smooth ride as when the road itself is very smooth if there are any small divots in the road you feel every single one and on the regular the alternator tends to go out every 2 to 3 years.
2004 Chevy Impala review by female driver.
Very reliable. Oil changes need to be done regularly. When in need of oil change, the car uses more gas. Otherwise, it is very reliable and would recommend this vehicle to someone who is purchasing a new vehicle. The transmission is not so good, so I would recommend that a newer model is purchased. Very good for high mileage.
It is not the best, but it is not the worst, we have had much worse.
Brakes are not very good, they skip too much before stopping. Heating and cooling are fine but had to fix the cooling. The exhaust is really loud and have to get that fixed. The speakers were ok not the best, and it is pretty comfy, but not much space. It is a nice little family car or just something you need to get around:).
Disappointing first car that is a fixer upper.
It breaks down on a month to month basis, always having to do with the oil, overheats easy, seats get wet and leave a smell, just not the car for me if I ever want to look for a newer model. I have had to change the thermostat multiple times, the engine is loud. If one thing breaks on the car everything else starts to break.
My car is dependable and if it does break down I can fix it cheaply!
My car performs pretty good. It is easy to fix and cheap to fix. The inside is spacious so its comfortable. It's got a strong frame in case I was to wreck. It will go as long as it has gas. The tires do not go flat. And it gets good gas mileage 2. And it is my favorite color. And it has a good resale value.
A great car. If you wreck. It will keep you safe. I'd recommend wear your seatbelt.
It is a good car if you keep it in great shape. It runs nice, easy to control, and safe to be in when you wreck. It is easy to repair after a wreck. But when it acts up I do not recommend to drive it because it because it could catch fire. It will still be drivable after it does but I wouldn't recommend it.
Especially good for people who make 1 shopping trip a month.
It is pretty low maintenance, has a really large trunk, fairly comfortable seats if you are not going on a long trip. Has a reasonably smooth ride and good handling. Does not get good gas mileage though, only about 18 mpg. And it is a little difficult to get in and out of if you have some mobility issues.
Full bench leather seats, large trunk space, comfortable passenger space.
Very sharp looking, fun to drive, handles well, comfortable riding, snappy engine. Cons: the manufacturing quality is fair at best. Have replaced the brakes and rotors many times over the years. Have replaced both front fenders and right rear door because of rust. Now the rocker panels are rusting out.
Older Impala but still running.
Really love my Impala, my aunt gave it to me when she purchased a new vehicle. It gets great gas mileage and drives and rides smooth. Only problem I have is the passenger windshield wiper gets stuck and will quit working and we have had this fixed several times and it will do it again without warning.
Beautiful shining great on gas drives smooth.
Great on gas, drives nice plenty of room. Love style looks nice, drives well all weather. Four doors child proof window locks. Smooth ride best gift I haven't gotten. My family fits perfectly, trunk has a lot of space. I look great in it. Good on gas I take care of it so its will last a lifetime.
The car is very reliable and maintenance is very cheap.
The car is reliable and the engine is sound. Transmission has been worked on for problems shifting but other than that the car is great. Gas mileage is close to 30 MPG highway and it's not too heavy. Replacing parts and basic maintenance is cheap due to ease of availability and work out into.
This car has one of the best engines around.
The body is starting to accumulate a lot of wear and tear. Other smalls things are starting to need to be replaced in the vehicle. That being said, it is 14 years old, and I live in the Midwest. So I am not really surprised. Everything else runs great! I believe this car is built very well.
It has very comfortable seats! The radio works wonderful.
Overall decent running car for the year and mileage! Has some maintenance issues but nothing too major! It is pretty good on gas! And most parts are not too expensive! However working on the car is chaos! Everything is pushed together or under something heavy! Nothing is easily accessible.
Very low mileage, well maintained ses model.
Leather interior, heated seats, sliding sunroof, super sport (ses) model. Set of all season and set of 4 snow tires. New ignition cylinder, 74, 000 miles. Well maintained. Oil changes and maintenance every 3000 miles. Extremely reliable. Performance programmer and special louder exhaust.
My 2004 Chevy Impala summary.
Radiator was replaced, engine block cracked and had to get replaced, head gasket was replaced, fuel pump and throttle needs to be replaced, its a ss model, supercharged engine, leather seats, stereo amplifier. Large and comfortable ride. Power windows with cruise control and fog lights.
Auto review of 2004 Chevrolet Impala.
Ordinary maintenance prevents most problems and enhance performance and reliability. Comfort is average. Basically a great car for the city. Great on mileage. A nice vehicle for work, school or travel. I don't have anything else to add to this, seems like you are asking for too much!!
Good mileage, tires in good shape,
I love my vehicle because it has heated seats, good air condition, very good gas mileage, bucket seats are very comfortable, the radio works very well, tires are in good shape, the back seat folds down in case you are purchasing something long or packing for a vacation plenty of room.
I have had my car for 7 years now and it has been a reliable car. I will be sad to sell it one day, but look forward to buying a more fuel efficient car with newer technology.
I like that it has been a reliable car. I haven't had any major issues with it. I don't like the size because it's too big for my family. Because it's so big, it's hard to parallel park. I don't like that it's not fuel efficient and doesn't have new technology, like most models have.
Chevy impala 2004 personal review
My car generally has trouble turning on I checked the battery hundreds of times and like honestly every time I went to get it checked I was told the battery is perfect.so it's not that and the starter is a mess the strut is horrible too bc my tire gets loose it's generally a mess.
In Summary, I will definitely look for another Impala. This is the first one I ever owned. Love it.
My Chevy impala runs great. I fortunately have not had to put a lot of money into it. I make the usual wear and tear trips to the mechanic, brakes, muffler, oil changes etc. The one negative I have noticed is the underside is quite rusty. I guess that is to be expected in NY.
Keep up with regular maintenance there have been no unexpected problems.
Just purchased from my 89 year old mother. Incredible condition. Comfortable, even for my 6'2 partner. Has all extras available at the time. For the age the style has remained up to date. Keeping up with regular maintenance. There have been no unexpected trouble or expenses.
Money pit…. Becoming a little expense here a little there.
Has a cracked windshield. Dented up being parked in a grocery store parking lot, customers sometimes just push their carts away instead of returning them to a cart corral. Need front end alignment. . . Tires wearing unevenly. Front brake drums need to be turned or replaced.
Good college car, safe and mom approved.
It is a very reliable car, it has made a good college car because of the mileage it has and the reliability. It is very spacious and you can comfortably fit a lot of things in there. The trunk is also very roomy so you can transport things without having to take two trips.
Its gold with 4 doors with brown interior.
Power steering transmission leaks oil and transmission fluid drinks a lot of gas. The interior gets hot fast and the check engine light stays on. It drives smooth the transmission just leaks and causes it to slip. The battery is weak so sometime the radio do not come on.
Chevy Impala provides reliability.
The 2004 Chevrolet Impala is a great, dependable vehicle that gets above average gas mileage and majority of repairs are minimal and at least not expensive. A great vehicle for commutes to and from work or school while providing a satisfactory comfort level of travel.
The interior of car is plush seats that take little upkeep! The color is great.
It is a comfortable interior. The color is a gold to grey color inside and out. Haven't had much with it. Keep it clean change oil and whatever needs changing! Good size car four door plush interior that has held up good! Really been very reliable car that I have had.
It is a great family car for running around town or going on road trips.
I like the way it drives. It is very dependable. It is comfortable. I have no complaints I feel that it has a very solid feel on winter roads. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that I do not like the way the lights work when switching from bright to dim.
Durable fast great suspension.
It is a durable vehicle great with oil and transmission fluid. Flaws are that I go thru to much gas. Great suspension is great good on tires. Windshield wipers were great. Cruise control is very easy to handle. Plus once again the frame is nice. Great family vehicle.
The impala has low mileage.
I have had no major problems with this car in the 10 years since I purchased it from my father. It has fairly low miles and has been well maintained, thanks to my brother being a mechanic. The car has never seen winter, until 2017 when I began driving it year round.
It is white so it is mistaken for a police car all of the time.
This car has never left me stranded. . I do regular maintenance, oil changes, tire pressures, etc. It runs very well, just like new. I have replaced tires, battery and alternator. It still has plenty of get up and go for pulling into heavy traffic. I still love it.
Chevrolet Impalas has been very reliable.
Very reliable. Has had no problem other then the basic wear tear of the vehicle. Has hit 2 deer and has only needed light touch ups, the parts were easy to find and not very expensive. It gets good miles per gallon about 26, however, does go through a lot of oil.
Used cars can be reliable.
It has a sunroof, electric seats, split climate control. It needs some transmission and brakes worked on and the seats and steering wheel are showing serious wear and tear but it hasn't left me stranded in the middle of nowhere yet. All in all, it's a decent car.
2004 Impala security light.
Every once in awhile the security warning on the dash comes on this is a common issue I have been told, but is costly and at this point is only happening occasionally. Also the windshield wipers are stopped in an upward position this is also common in these cars.
Our family car. Chevy Impala.
Very comfortable. It runs great and been very dependable. Only had to do minor repairs since I have owned it. Plenty of room for the whole family. I am very happy with it. Have taken it on long trips with no problems. Radio and air conditioner works very good.
Chevy Impala keeps on going.
Easy to service. Runs great. Ac works really well. Gas mileage is decent, but not great. This car has a lot of miles on it and is still going strong. Minimal work has been done on the car although the battery and the transmission have recently been replaced.
American made 2004 Chevrolet Impala four-door sedan.
My vehicle is very reliable it is performed more than 14 years with basic maintenance possible to get another hundred thousand miles, currently it has 215, 000 miles and his American made. 2004 Chevy Impala is a very good reliable. Car. Nothing more to add.
Older reliable car with gas mileage issues.
For an older car it is reliable. It has had some repair issues over the last year but nothing too significant. It has developed some type of fuel system issue because it seems to go thru gasoline more than it should & does not get good gas mileage anymore.
It is a very clean car. Nice paint job.
My Chevy Impala is a great running car with low miles and a very good carfax report. It has a very good paint job and is very clean. The price was very reasonable and I was lucky that I had family to help me purchase it. A very good stereo system as well.
After every car wash, it looks as good as the day I purchased it.
Even at this age, my vehicle rides smooth and is extremely comfortable. It has always been reliable, never failing or leaving me "broken down" with just regular maintenance it has been very cost effective, never needing major repairs. Intend to keep it!
Low mileage, leather interior.
My Impala has low mileage, reliable, never seen winter. Dual exhaust. Performance programmer, sliding sunroof, power windows, power door locks, great on gas. Leather interior, heated seats, driver and passenger airbags. Clean on exterior and interior.
The most important thing would be that it has only had normal maintenance and nothing major.
The Impala was bought new in 2004 and has held up much better than any other car I have owned. And that includes other Chevy's. The car has 68000 actual miles and has only had tires replaced, rotors and drums replaced, and normal engine maintenance.
This vehicle is perfect for a midsize family.
It is a smooth ride with less than desirable seats. The car sits very low to the ground but the power and dependability are second to a whole lot. Ir is not a luxury vehicle by far but it gets the job done and has plenty of room for a family of four.
It was a great value. I think that if you are going to buy a car you should get your money's worth from it, and this car provides that in a reliable transportation.
I like the size of the vehicle - it is not too big and not too small. I can fit three friends comfortably in there, as well as their bags. I can shop at the store and get large items without having to worry about not being able to get it all home.
It's a good quality car that is an american brand.
I like that it has not cost me a lot of money to maintain over the years, and has proved reliable. I don't find the driver's seat to be comfortable. I really don't like the size of it, it's too large of a car these days to navigate the roads.
That is a solid built vehicle, it is a safe choice for putting your family in.
I like that it is a solid car, not make of plastic or thin metal. I like that it rides smooth, easy to drive. I do not like how small the rear view mirror is. I do not like the spoiler on the back as it blocks my vision when reversing.
2004 Impala has major engine and transmission problems
Car has severe battery and transmission issues. I have to get some kind of work done on it almost every month. The steering wheel is also tilted. I'm planning on buying another car in a few months since this one is older a d worn out.
Reliability. I bought this car used, and it has served me well for close to a decade now.
I like that it has a lot of room in the trunk, with folding rear seats if I need more space. I like that it is wide enough to fit three children's car seats in the back. I don't like that the AC/heater system is currently broken.
I like the feeling of safety when driving it since it handles really well in the icy Michigan winter season.
I like that it has a smooth ride and a spacious and comfortable interior. It handles well in all seasons. It has comparatively good gas mileage. It is getting old, however, and little things are starting to go wrong with it.
it's reliable transportation that'll get me where I need to go/be.
Nice design, great driving ability and comfort. It's a whole new world for us, being that we just bought this car and have never had one built in 2000 or later. We have other vehicles and none of them are as new as my Impala.
If you treat it well and have it checked regularly, it is a reliable car.
I like how it drives, it is a smooth ride. It is very spacious. I just dislike how aged it is; the sound system is hard to work with and does not accommodate modern technology. It also regularly needs repairs and tune-ups.
I like the size of the vehicle. It is has a lot of space.
It's a older car. Its runs good if you keep everything up to date. The radios in those cars usually go out for some odd reasons. And most of the time is hard to find figure out why it went out or what need to be fixed.
American made and reasonable gas mileage with user friendly dashboard
i like the interior size and color and simplicity. i don't like how long it is despite being a sedan but that's just for parking. i wouldn't want to sacrifice my giant trunk or backseat. I also like the cloth seats.
The anti theft system is messed up it will automatically lock and not start for am hour
The main thing about my car is it's old and the continued up keep on it is very it is expensive.. it it's right around 20 per gallon and the tracking system is bad and I had an internal water leak and it blew a belt
It can get to point A to point B very quickly.
It is a really great car that I had for a long time to be honest I haven't had any problems with the car even though I had it for a long time all in all I recommend this car to anyone who likes smooth driving cars.
Good luck to you on your next 4am day and you will be there at the DeVos in.
Good and sweet and I like it and nothing to dislike for the kids are all sleeping together and I will be there at the DeVos in grand rapids is papa and I will be there at the DeVos in grand rapids is papa and I.
Be aware of Recalls. Always stay informed and up to date with new details on vehicle.
Very spacious vehicle. Perfect the for families. Reliable long lasting vehicle with regular upkeep. Power windows, seats, and cruise control features are convenient. One of my favorite cars to own and drive.
It rides nice and it is easy to drive.
It's fine but the brakes aren't great and when the gas gets below 40 miles it doesn't tell you how much you have left so you just have to gauge it based on memory until you get gas it is annoying.
I have had it since I was 16 and it is still running.
I have been driving it since I got my license and it is very reliable. However, it rusts very fast in Minnesota and is getting noisy. I would recommend the manufacturer any day because of my car.
Thee maintenance is affordable.
The vehicle is a great running car. Lasts very long, dependable brand and vehicle. Small maintenance issues, but nothing that cannot be fixed for a reasonable price. This car is worth the money.
Long lasting, low maintenance.
It's lasted a long time without a lot of work. It has enough power to drive at freeway speeds. It doesn't get very good gas mileage, and it's hard for me to get in and out of the drivers side.
I cannot think of anything that stands out.
I am not a car person. I would rather have an SUV or truck. The car is gold. Which I don't like. I don't like the style. The car was offered to me at a cheap price so I couldn't turn it down.
Why I love driving my Impala!!
I love my car. It has a really smooth ride and just flooded down the road taking any cups with ease. It is a smaller size but yet big enough to take passengers with you or to carry groceries.
Very reliable car, sporty and drives very well.
I absolutely love my Impala. Drives great, seats are comfortable. I love the heated seats as well. It's very sporty and I like that. I'm considering buying another Impala in the near future.
It is a very command vehicle. You will see dozens of them everyday.
My impala is a reliable vehicle. It is not a fancy car but it gets me from here to there. I am not a big fan of the leather seats but they are heated so that is a nice feature in the winter.
The safety rating of an Impala is great. I don't have a car payment either.
I love it, because I haven't had car in 10 years before I bought this 3 years ago. It was a 1 owner car with only 80 000 miles. The back seat & trunk were never used & it was garage kept.
The most important thing people should know about my car is its drivable.
What I love about my car is that it drives really smooth and everything in the inside works. I do not like that the car sits low so every time I come across a bump, I have to drive slow.
It's a very reliable car and easy to maintain.
I like that my car is reliable and has no major issues but I dislike the interior. I also don't like that things I have manual windows and other things that came standard the next year.
I put a new engine in it about 5 years ago, so the mileage that shows in more than is on the engine
It's very comfortable and easy to drive, but the ignition keeps messing up and I have to wait 10 minutes before it will start. It appears to be a common problem with this make and year.
Sometimes a great deal on a used car.
Very reliable. Good visibility and indoor comfort. But, because of my arthritis, it is difficult to enter and exit. If it didn't have such low miles, I would trade for a larger vehicle.
The car is very reliable and drives like a dream.
I like everything about my vehicle. It is clean, fully loaded and drives like a dream. It's only downfall is that it does not get good gas mileage and the dashboard cluster is faulty.
Spacious Impala with great handling
Spacious car. Drives smooth. Traction is messing up but it's also almost 15 years old. I've had 3 other impalas and I really like this car. It's a little big but easy to get used to.
It isn't a great car. Gets decent mileage, but is ugly and seems to have some mechanical issues.
My caris gold colored, which I think is ugly. There is a crack in the front bumper and was is an accident before I bought it. It shakes some whenat speed. I want to replace it.
A solid car for being 14 years old.
It's kind of slow to accelerate. It is one of the most comfortable cars I have ever driven though. It can be kind of a gas hog, though that may be me moving from a 4cyl to a 6.
My car is cute although it's a little older. It is a long lasting automobile.
I like the space I have in my car. It's a very good looking vehicle. The only complaint I have is that my radio is locked. The only way to unlock it is through the dealership.
When we had it a year, the onboard computer had to be replaced.
I like the comfort of the seats and the easy handling. It is dependable. But I dislike the size as it is hard to park...too wide for many spaces and too long for the garage.
It is reliable, it hasn't broken down or cost me a ton of money to maintain.
I like how easy it drives and is easy on gas. I don't' like the age of the car, in that it is outdated and doesn't have all the new technologies that the newer models have.
The car is going on 15 years old and still runs incredibly well.
I like the handling of my car as it is not too jumpy. My car gets amazing gas mileage. However, it is old and is starting to have things break which are expensive to fix.
It's 14 years old. It is very reliable for It's age...but one day it will just quit on me.
It gets me where I want and need to go..No real complaints due to the fact that it is 14 years old....Pretty much just have to do regular care, oil changes, brakes etc.
Gas mileage seems to be great on this car.
I like, no love, the gas mileage. Only thing I would change on it would be to add a stereo system with an aux jack and change the color. Other than that, no complaints
very good drivetrain in it, i would and have taken it anywhere i want to without worry.
the car runs well not major issues. it only has about 140,000 miles on it so it still has a lot of life left. it is a larger car so parking some days is a pain to do.
The Chevy Impala is extremely reliable and has great gas mileage!
I currently own my dream car. I have always wanted an Impala. I enjoy the gas mileage and the roomy interior. I dislike the fact that she only has a cassette player.
2004 Chevy Impala LS: Tan interior and power brakes
I have a 2004 Chevy Impala LS four door. She runs good and has leather seats, air conditioning, power windows and power steering. The Mileage is over 100 thousand.
It has lasted for many years and has many miles. Overall or as been a decent car.
I've had a lot of problems with this car. The check engine light has gone on more times than I can count. It has also leaked oil from the day I got it 4 years ago.
Very reliable! I don't have many problems and they are usually easily fixed.
I like that it has a v6 so it has good pick up. It's built strong and is very reliable as long as you keep it maintained. I don't like that it is not a "cool" car.
Good gas mileage, for a good price.
It is an old car with many miles on it, but other than that the car has ran well without many issues. My car has great gas mileage and I like how it is not flashy.
Get the extended warranty.
I do not have very many complaints. If I had to choose something I disliked about it might be the color. It's like an off goldish color. Everything rise is great.
It seems to be durable and it is a great value for the money.
I like the way it rides. I like that I have a vehicle. I dislike how old the vehicle is. I dislike the fact that you have to slam the trunk to get it to close.
That it is a very sturdy vehicle
It is very sturdy and reliable. I do not like the problems I have with the speedometer - sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I wish it was a recall.
How to override the passlock system to be able to start the car
The passlock system is faulty and sometimes doesn't allow me to start my vehicle. It has worked for a long time though. Many small problems with overheating.
It is a strong running car.
The impala is very comfortable to drive and ride, mine has over 300 thousand miles on it and still going strong. The only issue I have had is in the wiring.
It seats 4 confortly. It only has a CD player
It is a great car for a family of 4. We got it from a my grandfather. Decent gas mileage. The air conditioner starts up pretty quick. Over all I like it.
I have always been a fan of Chevrolet. My 2004 Impala runs like a champ!

It is very comfortable.I would not get rid of my car.
I like the style, the seating. I like the layout of the interior and the room that it offers. The comfort it offers, I have no complaints about my car
The car has been very reliable in all the years that I have had it.
I am the only owner of the car and have no complaints. No work but the normal has be done on this car. The only thing is that it is starting to rust.
It's got a surprising amount of storage space for a car.
It's large and roomy, allowing me to transfer large items easily. I can see over the dashboard, which is important, since I'm below average height.
It is a good size if you are just starting out with a family.
It is old and has issues with the fuel line. It is very basic, with no newer features. Other than that, it performs decently and gets the job done.
It's a supercharged 3.8 L witch gives it enough power to get down the road and pass when needed.
It is an Impala SS. I like the way it drives. It handles very well. It's older but I still love it. leather seats. love the look of the year model.

My car name is "yogurt" smooth and good for me.
My car is very reliable. I have done minor repairs. I do at lease 4 oil change to my car a year. Gives me 22 mpg in city, and 30 mpg on highways.
It's powerful and attractive, but not too unreasonable for a budget.
It is pretty dependable. Leaks a little oil. Mileage could be improved if I did a little more work, but I'd have to remove the whole radiator...
I do some off roading with it. And make my own parking space.
Have no complaints.. I like the way it drives, handles easy, like my gas mileage...... Dislike my color should have gotten any color but white.
People should know that the car is not perfect and that it has some flaws.
The ride quality is nice and the car has some good features like a sunroof and heated seats. The only bad thing is that there is some rust.
Dependable and Affordable
This is a car that is in it for the long haul. A reliable car that is easier to fix than a lot of newer cars, and gets good gas mileage.
Gas mileage and size of interior
I like the mileage, the power, the size. Don't like the ignition problem it has. The center console broke from my elbow so it's weak.
I keep having mass airflow issues that keeps my check engine on no matter how many mechanics "fix" the problem.
It's a very cost friendly vehicle. So repairs are fairly affordable. It has a good amount of space for passengers and does ok on gas.
It is a reliable car and it fits me and my children easily.
I do not like that there is no sunroof. I like the storage space inside the car. I do not like the lack of interior overhead lights.

Love my impala. I have had it over 10 years. Very reliable. Few minor problems over the years but still love it.
Simply because it is an older vehicle it doesn't have a lot of the newer features of cars today. It has a CD player but that doesn't work anymore but it has no auxiliary plug in. I do like though that it has buttons on the side door to adjust the seats.
We have had some mechanical problems with it due to its age, but it has been easy to fix. It is also baby safe!
