It has remote start which is great and a sunroof. It gets good gas mileage.

I love my car. It drives really smooth and it is a good looking car. It do not take much money to fill the gas tank. Only complaint I have is if you get the gray cloth seats, they are easily stained. That is about my only complaint with this car. Overall Chevy has great cars!

Comfortable and reasonable.
Super reliable, never had any problems except for the tires getting flat or punctured. Had one sensor that went bad but my husband fixed it. Otherwise everything works perfectly and it rides well, it has decent gas mileage and I really have no complaints.

2012 Chevy Malibu. A great car.
Love this car. No problems other than normal wear and tear. Great features like Bluetooth, navigation, OnStar, sunroof, leather interior. Smooth ride, easy to drive, has automatic and manual transmission. Stereo has volume that adjusted to outside noise, the seats have warmers.

The 2012 cars are bigger than the next models, if I had.
My vehicle runs well no major problems just normal wear and tear. The car never died on me it just keeps going and going. I just had the back brakes done last year and the front brakes done this year. That is 7 to 8 years before replacing then I am really impressed with that.

Chevy Malibu pro and cons.
I love the size of the trunk it is very spacious. So far it has also been very reliable, no problems at all other than my keyless entry does not work anymore. I have changed the battery and still does not work and there is only one door you can unlock it from so that is annoying. I also do not like the seat fabric. It seems to stain easy even with just water spills.

Overall, the vehicle is very nice. This was the first car that I was able to drive and I still use it to this day. To begin the performance of this car was more than satisfactory, it allowed me and anyone to get to point a to point b with 100% satisfaction. A highly reliable vehicle: Chevy Malibu.
I have had my car for several years and I have been extremely happy with it. I have had no sort of mechanical issues thus far. It is mileage is very good and it drives very smoothly. The seat's are highly comfortable and the backseat in particular has a lot of space. I have no complaints about my car and I hope I never have any in the future.

Why I love my 2012 Chevy Malibu ltz.
I was lucky enough to get my car pre-owned with very low mileage. What I like best about my car is how roomy it is. I have a child and it is big enough for him and his sport equipment. The heated leather seats are nice in the winter and the sunroof is a plus for cool summer nights. What I wish was different about my car is the placement of the cup holders- they are awkward and hard to use. I also wish it had rear ac. Over all I have been happy and had no problems with my Malibu!

I like the space in my car.
Lights go out so fast and it is not that smooth of a drive. Both of my tires are low on air as well. It does get very good gas. I do enjoy driving this car because it has a lot of room for everyone to sit. The trunk of the car is also very roomy and there is plenty of space to fit thing.

It is had timing issues. But overall it a good car. It is has power windows power doors moonroof it has an alarm system CD cassette player with FM radio anti-lock brakes with cruise control and ac. Oh no it is pretty comfortable it is been a good car even on long drives I still drive it today.

An old Chevy classic renewed for a modern day comfortable drive.
Great fuel efficiency and comfort provide a smooth and quiet ride for long trips without frequent stops to refuel. The only issues I have found is that the headlights seem to burn out and need replacing more often than most vehicles I have come across. All in all a sound investment and great family or solo vehicle.

Love the gas saving on the car.
It has a cosmetic part when changing the front lights so you have to take that apart first to get to the light bulb. The good part is the gas and how efficient it is. I always feel. Comfortable driving the Malibu never feel an issue with it. The performance is smooth and runs the way a normal riding car should.

Great car, headlights a hassle.
A really great reliable car. There are plenty of features including OnStar if you want to use things like that. One negative is in order to change the headlight bulbs, the front bumper must be removed. For most people that requires a trip to the mechanic averaging $240.

Very nice and reliable car!
I love this car. The Malibu is quiet, drives nice, looks good, and very comfortable on long trips. My only complaint would be that the roof line rolls down the slide too far. It has decent fuel mileage also which, in my opinion, is a major plus. My Malibu has been extremely reliable. Another complaint would be that the backseat is kind of small. It is inexpensive to maintain. It has all the safety features you need. This car is just another awesome Chevy period.

My car has been very reliable. I have had this vehicle for almost three years. My only problem with the vehicle maintenance wise is a sensor. Other than that the car is roomy, comfortable, has a big trunk to fit plenty. Perfect vehicle for traveling or as a daily driver.

I would buy this car again!
I absolutely love my Malibu. It drives wonderfully and the maintenance has been relatively easy. Just making sure to keep the oil changed and tires rotated has been about it. The one downside I have found is changing the headlights. It is not easy to get to them. I would recommend this car to anyone.

Malibu is a nice looking good on gas reliable car. I had a couple issues with the timing set at around 80000 miles. Overall good car, great speakers very roomy for a small car. Drove it on many road trips over 1000 miles and never had an issue. Liked the leather seats.

Car is the worst car ever made.
This is the worst car I have ever owned. Bought it with 40,000 miles on it. Has 100,000 now. Has had numerous mechanical problems since I got it. Only care I have ever broken down on the side of the highway in and had to be towed. Has had the spring break, both wheel bearings in the front, headlights have gone 3 times, rear defroster is still broken, and the fuel pump ecm. The headlights are ridiculous to change also.

The 2012 Malibu is perhaps one of the best cars ever from Chevy. Its extremely reliable, gives decent mileage and requires minimum maintenance. I bought it used with 100,000 miles already on it but I still have nothing but good things to say about its performance. All in all, its quite pocket friendly.

I believe that the Chevrolet Malibu is the best in the market.
My automobile is almost ten years old and in those ten years the only problem I had with it was the battery dying on me or a flat tire. I know the only reason that I had these problems was because of my lack of caring for the vehicles maintenance. I had a stereo system in my car and never really care in checking if the battery was low and the tire was a mystery. During work I noticed that it was (the tire) flat.

Worst vehicle I have ever owned.
I have constant issues with this vehicle. I swear every single time I fix one thing that goes out, something else breaks or needs to be changed. It is dumping endless amounts of money into a car that runs at less than decent performance. I would absolutely not recommend this car to anyone.

Amazing car with only typical flaws and wear.
My car has only had minor problems in the 3 years I've had it. Minor problems include the air doesn't work as well as it used to, the seatbelts had a recall, my aux port stopped working, and the biggest problem was the radiator. Other than that the car has always been reliable and has had all of the room I needed. The trunk has plenty of space and does not take away from the backseat at all. I love the sensor that tells you tire pressure at all times. It's a bit annoying after you get the low fuel sign you can't see how many miles you have left.

Smooth and comfortable ride.
This a great vehicle to have. It drives very smooth and is very comfortable. It is very reliable. The only issue I am experiencing right now is a noise in the rear suspension. I have had the shocks changed, but it is still noisy. Other than that, it is a really great vehicle. There's lots of trunk space.

The Chevy Malibu. A very safe and reliable car!
My Chevy Malibu has been a very reliable car. I bought it new in 2012 and it has not given me any problems. The seats are very comfortable and the interior is very roomy. Ac and heat work very well. When changing the tires be sure to get the tech to adjust your settings back to read the correct positioning of the tires. If not your air readings will be off. The only complaint I have about the Chevy Malibu is my back window got stuck when rolling it down. It has automatic windows so we had to take the inside facing off the door to pull it back up into place. I have not tried to roll it back down just in case it gets stuck again. I feel safe driving the car and would recommend the Chevy Malibu as a great reliable vehicle to anyone looking for a small and safe family car.

There is a lot of space in the trunk.
Generally, there are no problems I have specifically with this car. The heated seats are nice, the speakers are nice, the interior is elegant. Maintenance seems to catch up quite often but nothing I cannot deal with. It is only two wheel drive but I knew what I was signing up for.

Great car - just my bad luck.
I love my vehicle. I did have a very serious problem at only 70,000 miles- I needed to replace the engine. Thank goodness I was able to purchase an engine for $1200. My husband was able to do all the maintenance. Overall, I would buy another Malibu.

The vehicle is a great car but it has so many sensors on it that are always malfunctioning that it is super annoying. It is been doing that since I purchased the car brand new off the lot. But it drives great and is a nice vehicle. I love the leather interior and it gets great gas mileage.

Reasonable, Reliable and Quite Affordable.
I bought my Chevrolet Malibu in 2012. It was brand new and straight from the dealer. After doing lot of research I found Malibu gives more for the money and the best offers. Its loaded with all the latest technology. It has very beautiful interior added with comfortable ride. I never had any kind of major problems as I keep up with regular and proper servicing by dealer. Maintenance is quite reasonable.

There is a pending recall on my vehicle.
Overall the vehicle is very nice and the appealing. It does have a really bad fall though. Low-level maintenance like light bulb replacement for the headlights for this vehicle has to be done by a mechanic and can be very expensive.

It has super sensitive sensors. The car has needed lots of maintenance since I bought it brand new. The air conditioning quit working especially when sitting in traffic. All of the sensors are constantly messing up. It is also very challenging to change headlights because of the design of the car.

Chevy Malibu - a basic vehicle.
It had a cracked manifold within days of me buying it. The a/c went after a year. Drives ok otherwise. Heat is good. It is relatively comfortable. It gets me from point a to point b. The speakers are not anything fancy, and the Bluetooth stopped working properly after a year.

Comfortable, reliable, safe vehicle.
I bought my vehicle new and it has been very reliable. I have put 116000 miles on it. I do regular maintenance and have had no problems with it. Very comfortable ride. I have remote start, moonroof, Bluetooth and onstar and all still work. Very high safety rating. This is my third Malibu. I wrecked the first one, it was totaled and no one was hurt.

I love the teal lights on the inside.
I love my car other than the check in fine light always being on. I have taken it to burns on multiple occasions where they’ve said the problem was a sensor. After replacing that, the light was still on. The low profile tires are not my favorite simply because where I live there are potholes everywhere you look.

I think it's a very handsome, feature packed vehicle. Mine is the highest trim (LTZ) so it has a lot of luxuries I enjoy. However, it rides very poorly on It's big 18 inch wheels, and it does have some suspension issues that I need to get fixed.

The Chevy Malibu is a reliable source of transportation.
My vehicle currently is doing what I need it to. My only headache is the fact they the steering wheel shakes as I drive. Whatever the issue is, I consume quite a bit of gas. The color is nice. The leather seats are awesome. My keypad will not let me lock my car, only unlock. I can use it to open the trunk. The Chevy Malibu for me, at least, is a great source of transportation.

Best car I have owned so far.
I have not had many issues with this car since getting it in 2016. Only routine maintenance in most cases. The most recent problems are the most I have had, and that consists of a tire monitor going bad, and a camshaft actuator circuit going bad. Other than that, this car has been extremely reliable.

Personally, my 2012 Malibu runs great! The maintenance has been kept up with making the car run smooth. The only issue I have encountered is the aux jack becoming loose and therefore lowering the sound quality while in use. The timing belt did have to be replaced at about 113,000 miles.

The gas mileage is really good for long trips.
The rims on the car have problems sometimes bending very easily. Makes it a hassle to constantly buy new tires. I’d say due to the problems with the rims of the car it makes the tire life shorter. Aside from that, the gas mileage is amazing especially after keeping up with oil changes. I have done many long trips up to 1,000 miles one way for very cheap.

It is very reliable. I have not had any issues. I get pretty good gas mileage. It drives pretty smooth. The trunk surprisingly has a lot of space. For a smaller car it is pretty roomy. My husband is 6'3" and has no complaints. I would definitely buy another Malibu based on my experience with this car. I love it.

The only thing that I do not love about my car is how low to the ground it is. Other than that I love it. The first and second levels of air conditioning and heat do not work but it is not a huge problem for me. I do not want to purchase a new air conditioner in the car it would be too expensive. Although, it is not too expensive to get this car worked on. Great quality and brand.

Car is good but had a lot of problems.
The day we got the car we had to take it back so they could fix it. Then we went back everyday for like a week straight because something kept on messing up with the car. Low tire pressure, oil change, check engine, jerking, etc. It's a good car just had a lot of issues.

Lacks smoothness on the road. Turning wheel is a little stiff.
I currently do no have an issue with my vehicle, but personally, I do not think it drives as smooth as other cars. I have been in more recent year models of the Chevrolet, Malibu, and experience the same problem. My 2012, Malibu, also has a more tense driving wheel, as to where other models of the same car brand, have a very easy and smooth driving wheel.

This is a good little family car with lots of trunk room.
The only issue I have had with the Chevrolet Malibu is that the camshaft went out. Ours only has about 70,000 miles. It gets good gas mileage and has enough room for the kids. It also has a large trunk which is nice for trips to the grocery store. I have fit 2 cart full of groceries in the trunk/floor of the backseat.

Very good on gas and my mileage is very efficient.
When I first purchased my car it had a check engine light on all the time, my auto start wouldn't work at all. I took it into a shop because going 35 which is a speed limit where I live it wasn't getting enough power, that costed me 1400 or more dollars. Had to take it in again to a different shop and they found a problem with an exhaust leak and the was only about 200 because the first shop I took it to didn't do the right job. My car is very reliable now and gets me to where I need to go. Overall I love my car.

The 2012 Chevy Malibu ltz really has some get-up-and-go.
The best thing about it is that it has tremendous pick up speed. It has heated seats which are awesome in the winter. It has a sunroof, but do not forget to close it when it rains. The brakes could be better. It is not the most fuel efficient car I have ever drive. Leather seats are nice. The gaslight could be a little bit more prominent.

My vehicle is mediocre at best.
I believe that my car is a fairly reliable car but it has had several problems since I bought it in spring of 2016. I paid $10000 for the car but since purchasing have had to put $3000 in for a new motor, $500 in for another part, $150 in for my windshield wiper motor, and it has needs to new rotors which I am in need to buying soon. I hope to buy a new car soon that is more reliable than my current car has been and one that drives better. But for what I do for a living and what I use my car for, it is a fine car for now.

It has great gas mileage and is awesome to drive. It's very comfortable and is easy to drive. The dash has info about the oil life and tire pressure that makes it easy to keep track of to maintain. The trunk is very large and can hold a lot of things to make traveling easier.

Very comfortable! Great for weekend road trips!
My vehicle gets me where I need to go. Does not have any major problems and it is a pretty comfortable ride. As long as the vehicle is kept up with just like any other vehicle, it runs great! Not a luxury brand but I do not mind that and the interior is very comfortable.

My Malibu is stable and very gas friendly, it is very reliable.
I love that my car is reliable and sturdy. It runs smoothly and it does not eat up the gas, the mileage is great! The only thing I would say I do not like is the car is very low so pulling out of a driveway or somewhere in a steep area is very annoying and you have to be super careful to not mess up the car. Other than that I love it!

Overall I would recommend it for anyone who's looking a dependable car for a child or just to run errands around town.
It is a really reliable vehicle. It is pretty good on gas. It has a good size trunk to store things or to bring groceries home. It does lack some modern technology because it is 8 years old. The auxiliary does not always work when you would like to listen to Pandora or Spotify off your phone.

My car has been very reliable. I haven't had any major problems or repairs. The interior is very comfortable and the seats do not get too hot in the Phoenix Sun. The trunk is huge and is very helpful when moving in and out of my college apartment. It is a trusty care for me to drive back and forth to California and across other state lines.

Great car all around I would buy this car again.
My car is very reliable and looks amazing. I really love the interior of this vehicle. This car also gets great gas mileage. I have not had any major issues with my car and it has around 100,000 miles on it. This is a great sedan for a family or someone who just enjoys having a good amount of room for a sedan. This car has great trunk space and is built well.

Chevy Malibu, two thumbs up.
It is reliable and good on gas mileage. It is comfortable to drive and very smooth. The cruise control works super well, so does the air conditioning. I love how it looks and it is very cozy, yet roomy inside. My only complaint is the trunk does not have an option to open with the key, you have to hit the button inside.

It is a very reliable car, great on gas mileage. I am just used to driving bigger vehicles, like SUVs and trucks. This is my first sedan, it is nice. I love the space and how well it drives. I just would rather prefer a larger vehicle. The car had no issues, it has not given me issues yet. It is very easy to fix.

The reliable, comfortable Chevy Malibu.
Excellent vehicle, very reliable. Not to many problems. Smooth ride, great on gas, and has a clean interior, heated bucket seats, with a good sound system. Very easy to navigate the features. Overall a very reliable, and comfortable vehicle to drive.

Chevrolet Malibu 2012 review.
My car started out really great. It came with OnStar which is great for travel. I travel a lot and need it for business. Now as of late, I keep getting an esc light on my dashboard. When I take it to the dealership, there is nothing apparently wrong. Other than that, I enjoy my Malibu.

The car rides very smooth.
This is a good car I have not any problems. Except the brakes and front headlights. It rides just fine. The engine sounds good. As long as I keep the oil changed and maintained the car is fine. The feels smooth the car is very comfortable. I am satisfied with my selection.

Very reliable. Minimum repairs.
This vehicle has been very reliable. I currently have 236,000 miles on it and the engine and transmission have never needed repair, The most costly repair was to the water pump. I like that it has minimum electronic bells and whistles. No Bluetooth or display screen. I do miss a backup camera.

Excellent vehicle for excellent price.
The only issue I have experienced was the headlight going out. Other than that, proper vehicle repairs and the car is very reliable. Good on gas and the suspension is remarkable. Good on all weather conditions. The car has been my go to vehicle for work and vacation trips.

My car drives fast, it run great.
My car drives really well, it is also reliable and I am able to drive it anywhere I want. My car is white I am not to big on the color but overall it is a great car. I would highly recommend if your looking for something spacious and that drives smooth. Malibu’s are it.

Chevy Malibu 2012 review.
Headlight tend to be an issue they go out after a month of changing them. Other than that I haven't had issue with the car since it is maintain when it should be. It is comfortable for me and my family. Ever since I got a new phone I cannot connect it to the Bluetooth.

No rear air conditioning- very important for texas summers.

My vehicle is very classy and well maintained and I love it.
I love my Chevrolet Malibu because it is gets great mileage in town and on the interstate and I haven't had any mechanical problems and I love the way it drives. It is very spacious also. All of the features in the car are in great condition and the car is very dependable.

The Best Car Ever would be my summary. The fact that it has all kinds of warning light on it is the best.
Well the Cadillac converter went out on the car right after I got it. However it was fixed in about a week. The car has Onstar on it.I love the fact that on the dash it tells all kinds of things like: the oil life, tire pressure, the temp, and etc. The driver seat also has all kinds of controls even a blow up thing it the back part of it to help support your back more. It also has a bluetooth system that I can hook up to my phone. And it also has many different channels that I can program for the radio.

Has amazing gas mileage on it.
My car is very reliable and has very seldom problems! I have had it about three years and I have only had to do regular checkups on it. Recently I just had to purchase a used motor and replace the old one. The motor locked and nothing could be done, but replacing the motor.
